Was told I could not get a room because they put me on a block list , but would not tell me why. Worked all day to make room fare , had to walk 4 hours in the cold and had to sleep outside because I had to wait on refund. Horrible service, two nights ago paid for queen bed, received a full size. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Side table lights did not work. No cable on the tv had no signal. Shower head broken and only came with one bath towel. You get what you paid for.

Whole hotel was riddled with the trash of the the area….when you have a policy that you can’t stay there longer than 5 days….that should tell you something.

Good service

The people were nice and quite friendly. For a motel six, I don’t expect high end service. The room was dirty, the floor was sticky, the door barely shut. It seems to be a rather high crime area although nothing happened to my car I was concerned at night.

Staff was friendly. Wish they could’ve had a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms instead of going to the main lobby to use one single microwave. But overall, it was a decent stay for one night.

I was there 8 days the floor shouldn't had been black in that time .

Bed bugs. Felt itchy as soon as I sat on the bed. Disgusting.

The bedroom and bathroom were fine, actually a lot cleaner and more pleasant than some Motel 6s I've stayed in. I wasn't expecting the lack of a desk, but it was fine overall. The TV selection was great too... I actually watched FOUR different channels! (I don't like many, lol!) My one complaint about the motel itself would be that housekeeping threw away a mostly full drink I'd left on the floor because there wasn't everywhere else to put it, but that wasn't a big deal. One thing I might complain about is... my hotel neighbors. Two nights in a row I was woken up or kept awake by banging, and the first night I didn't think of calling the front desk, and the second night I was too nice. What I really loved about this hotel was... the service! When my phone gave out and almost made me late, the staff called a cab, and even Googled the address for me! When housekeeping told me they weren't going to come back to my room, the staff noted it and housekeeping came back! Finally, upon my check out, when I explained about the disturbances, the lady helping me gave me a discount! My final ratings for the hotel are as follows: Room- B Staff/Service-A/A Neighbors-F With service like that, I hope to be back! Keep up the great work!

The orange haired manager is extremely rude. She has some kind of personal problem that she enjoys taking out on others. We never caused any problems no damage to the property and she still put us on the DNR list after forcing us to check out talking about she didn't want our money we need to check out and we could check back in at 3 only to embarrass us by having someone else tell us we are on the DNR

We had 15 minutes to decide if we wanted to stay. We definitely did not stay. Very dirty, and rundown. Huge spiders crawling on the wall. White bedspread had huge dirt spots all over it. asked for a refund and was not given one.

I stayed in my room a hour left and came to a better location of hotels. I was itching the bed was dirty they didn’t have a mattress cover the walls dirty it just gave nasty and it was loud as ever

The rooms are dirty, stains on bedding. When we arrived the second night and turned the light on, cockroaches were on the sink and in the bathroom. Customer service was terrible.
