Really nice hotel in good location, staff really accommodating. We have stayed here many times, it’s just had a revamped and rooms are lovely with up to date technology which it was lacking.

Spacious modern hotel, in the middle of everything, near to the beach a touch of luxury

It is not a 5 star hotel.
No recycling bins by pool - considering this hotel has just been refurbished is disappointing.
Breakfast is chaotic - needs more than one juice station and better staff when people enter.
Pool towels great - people coming down at 7 to reserve sunbeds and towels not being removed not ideal.
A great 4 star hotel and lovely stay

cannot fault the property or staff as we’re all amazing the reason for scoring 4 instead of 5 was the food. Food options were not great and would book again but not the meal option probably just b&b

Overall we had a nice stay at the hotel which is very close to the lovely beach and general touristy area. It was clean, modern, and newly fitted with stylish interiors. The Mediterranean Palace is the recently refurbished part of Mare Nostrum, however it almost feels like it has reopened slightly too soon - the gym facilities were not yet open or usable, the rooms had that new paint / new furniture smell, and there were some room amenities missing such as robes / slippers etc which you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Some receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful and some slightly abrupt. Their ‘app’ also seemed to have some teething problems with some QR links not loading.

To be fair l think the bar staff could have a better way of serving customers,it was a long wait. More staff needed. We were very impressed with Theo the bar waiter. He is an asset to the hotel. Also Keilly in the restaurant. Both were so polite, helpful & kind. We would return again because of them.

Only marked down on condition due to the property closing mid jan 2023 for 9 month refurb. Definitely looked tired and in need of upgrade. But this didn't detract from our enjoyable stay in clean comfortable freindly hotel in perfect location

Nice pool but closed 2 days out of our4day stay.
Room key stopped working every day so trip to reception which was a pain as quite slow at reception and we heard other people talking about this so this must be a problem
Rooms are so dated they defo need a revamp
Hotel in nice area and close to beach are a plus overall ok probably wouldn’t stay there again

My stay here was HORRIBLE! It was the WORST experience I have had in a hotel in my 30 years of travelling. I have stayed in multiple hotels and this, by far, was the worst. to make matters worse, it was my 7year old daughters first time on holiday w/ me. Most of the staff, with the exception of 1 or 2, were unfriendly, unhelpful and uncooperative! The most traumatising part of the trip was an incident in which my daughter and I, along with my friend and niece, was at the hotel swimming pool, at one point my friend and I were in the pool getting to the deeper end when I turned to look at my daughter she had started travelling to the deeper end as well, I shouted at her to return to the shallow end at which point I saw her slip and she started drowning. I screamed at the top of my lungs for someone to help she's drowning! no one moved a muscle. Everyone, continued to lay back in their seats including the hotel life guard at the scene! I eventually got to her in time thankfully, and carried her out. she was coughing up water from her lungs and throwing up! it was then, I saw the life guard WALKING towards us. my friend told him off and asked why were you not doing more? I took my daughter to her room, and made a complaint to the staff about the life guard and was told both by him and the staff member that it is the parents job to watch their children, not them. which I agree, however, it is the Lifeguard job to save people in accidents, which he is TRAINED to do. he did not.

Easy access to small beach at rear of hotel, loads bars and restaurants infront of hotel. Room was sea view, could have done with a few updates as the room looked a little dated, but was very clean.

Nice Resort, super close to the beach. People were nice. Live music every evening. Breakfast coffee was instant coffee, which was dissapointing. Rooms could use some reconstructions.
