$15.00daily parking fee. Nasty lot. Property not really cleaned, house keeping carts parked outside in all weather. 3rd world like. Many issues in room. Too much pot smoking. Entire place needs a face lift. Parking was terable especially for handicap. And they charge for it.

Every time I'm in Ontario California I always stay at this hotel. They're very nice. They always remember me and they always have the greatest amenities with a lot of privacy. Also, parking is secure and they've always handled every request I've ever had. I highly recommend this property if you're looking to stay in Ontario California

Don't bother leaving a request. Hotels.com and Residence Inn don't care. Reserved our stay 2 months early for a 2 room residence for old people (70+). Instead was given per the front desk employee "the only room left" speech on the 2nd floor. 2 months ahead of time booking and that's what was left, really! Room is in need of an update. Funiture torn, carpet worn out, beds & pillows not comfortable at all. The room smelled of course (that should mean something when old people said it smelled). Oh yeah, AC or heat forget about it. Residence Inn blamed Hotels.com and couldn't compensate us a discount for our stay. They said we should have booked through Marriot, and we would have been taken care of properly.

Room had a bit of a smoke smell. The couch looked dirty. In my mom’s room the couch was broken. Chairs miss matched. Hotel was a little run down.

"Yo, so I checked into this joint, the Residence Inn in Ontario. You know, for Escape Rave. Secure parking, check. Close to the venue, check. But the bed, man, the bed was a different story. If the bed wasn't broken before we broke it now. I swear, it was quieter during the actual rave than it was when I was trying to get some. It was like a dying whale every time I rolled over. I was half expecting it to spray water, . I'm surprised the fire alarm didn't go off. Love the stove for the munchies.

There were stains and trash and broken glass on the ground. I stayed in a "penthouse" and the ceiling had dirt hanging down from the all the dirt on the ceiling fan spewing it everywhere. The otttoman was peeling off it's fabric and the 2 bar stools were even worse. I didn't even want to touch them. The fireplace was dirty on the outside, not just the inside that needed a good cleaning and a paint job. The sheer curtain was completely missing on the upstairs room. I just couldn't get over how gross the grounds were. There was a bottle cap on the stairs and a plastic fork by the front door along with a window screen propped up on the entrance railing which I didn't understand at all. The whole place needed a good scrub down inside and out.

The stay way great only thing is being charged for parking is ridiculous. How else are you supposed to reside at the motel? You come in a vehicle but you have to pay for your vehicle to be on the property

So I call customer service and for the next two hours I’m talking with them in ten second intervals in between being put on hold for 30 min intervals! It was just past midnight when they finally managed to get me into a room without even an apology!

We checked into the penthouse and one of the beds was broken. I went to the front office, the lady was incredibly kind, but did not have another penthouse available, so moved us to a smaller room.
The smaller room smelled like weed because the person below us was smoking. The walls in the bathroom had feces on it.
Avoid at all costs.

Our stay at this hotel was pretty good. The location near the airport worked great for us. There is ample food & grocery nearby, as well as easy access to major highways.
As noted in other reviews, the property is older, however, we had no issue with this whatsoever.
Check in - we showed up a little early. Got in, no problem. Very quick process for both rooms we booked.
Parking - there was ample parking every day we were there, even on days when the hotel was sold out. With the way the property is configured you can park just as easily in the front or back.
Rooms - we booked 2 of the 2 bedroom (aka Penthouse) rooms. While the rooms showed a little bit of wear, they were perfectly fine. The AC was already cooling the room down when we entered. The linens were clean, as was the bathroom & kitchen areas. Our rooms were spacious. There was cutlery for 4 people with plates & cookware.
Outside noise - despite being sold out on the weekend we were there, the property was generally quiet and our rooms were near the pool & breakfast areas. At night we heard no noise at all and were able to sleep with no issues.
Breakfast - the breakfast was good. The food cooked was fresh. The breakfast area can get a little cramped if it's very busy, but we made it work. The staff kept up with the food demands, as well as keeping the area clean.
Price & Overall value - we would stay at this property again for sure. We love the rooms size, easy in/out and the breakfast.

In a long weekend morning, not much food left for the breakfast 1 hour before closing.

Upon arrival, room wasn't available. I'm assuming they were short staffed on housekeepers. Several customers were waiting for their rooms as well. I had booked mine in advance. Had an event to be at by 5pm, arrived at hotel at 3, didnt get into room until close to 5. Room was supposed to be smoke free but it reaked of cigarettes and weed. Went to my event smelling like a dang smoker. Woke in the middle of the night having an asthma attack which i havent had in 2 years. My room stunk so badly but couldn't go to another room since there weren't any clean. Showered in the morning and the bathroom flooded. No idea from where the water came from exactly but upon further inspection, the floor was warped and the bottom of the walls as well due to water damage previously. Carpets are gross, don't go barefoot, wear slippers at least. Around 1am there was a woman screaming at her young child at the top of her lungs with their windows open. I believe there are residents in this hotel. The rooms are like little apartments. There was no breakfast by 9:30am and breakfast starts at 9am. No coffee or juice, nothing left. It would be a decent place but i think having residence there takes away from the other commodities we pay for. Plus updating is very much needed. The staff did comp my parkingnwhich I had no idea I had to pay for when I booked the place. Had to park quite a distance from my room as most of the spots were all taken.

The hotel exterior was a little run down and there seemed to be quite a few long term residents. In general, I got the impression that the area was not great. I did not have any problems, but I think they must have a bit of crime in the area based on the fact that they had a parking lot attendant and one of those mobile security cameras. I stayed over a Saturday night and there were quite a few alcohol bottles left in the parking lot. The room was decent and reasonably priced. But I don't know that I would stay again just based on how unnerved I felt in the parking lot.
