Although aware that early check ins are not assured, I came back three times to be told that the room reserved for us was not clean yet. Fine with that - but when I was finally checked in I was informed that I was getting another room because their cleaners did not finish cleaning all the rooms so they had to move around all their reservations. Not cool, but we were only there to sleep overnight hence we let the matter go. Otherwise, breakfast was good and the beds were soft and comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel from September 13-15 and it was very nice. Staff were friendly. Continental breakfast was good and they changed it up a little bit both days. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The pool was a little dirty (oils and some floaties visible) but nothing to complain about.
Our only complaint would be that our room was a handicap room and as such the bathroom had a stand up shower that caused water to spread over the whole bathroom. We just used towels to soak up the excess water and left the fan on. But again nothing crazy! Would stay again!

I loved how clean the breakfast area was. Marybeth was friendly and helped us with the waffle machine. She is an asset to the hotel.

this property is great for travellers -- right off the highway, close to a major mall and food options, and for all of that convenience quiet -- so you actually get some sleep while on your road trip. I've stayed here before and will again, clean, quiet, breakfasts are a bit dull but otherwise this is a safe choice

One of the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! Our room had a wheelchair accessible shower, which is great, but it looked dirty and leaked all over the bathroom whenever we tried to shower. Overall, nice place and nice to have water available in the front lobby. Pool and hot tub were great but hot tub wasn’t very hot

Very nice hotel with a typical continental breakfast. Our room was very nice and was on the second floor overlooking the pool. We came to relax during one afternoon during our stay, and about a dozen boys were playing and absolutely SCREAMING in the pool. Yes, it was the day time and not quiet hours, but they were so loud, we couldn't even hear the TV in our room, let alone have a nap. The acoustics of the pool area seemed to amplify their screaming. I realize the odds of trying to nap at the exact time those kids were there probably won't happen again, but just in case, if I stay there again, I won't get a room that opens to the pool. Other than that, lovely!

Unfortunately this stay was not great. I have booked and stayed at this hotel every time I go to Grand Forks. This time I had a King Suite with pool access. The issue with this room was the constant hall door closing and slamming next to it, the kids in room above running around. Could hear everything. In the morning we have kids running down the hall, and banging on vending machines outside our door. When confronted, the parents took them away, however they came back minutes later and continued. I know the hotel can’t control that, that was the parents who have no control of there kids. However the placement of the room and sheer traffic at the ice machine, and steel door access the pool area slamming constantly was annoying.

Located conveniently off the Interstate. The room and the common areas were very clean. There were lots of channels on the TV. There are a number of restaurant options in the area.

The only complaint I have is bugs in the bathroom. Again! The last time we stayed there were 5-6 little bugs in the bathroom. This time there were 2. One was dead. Really like this property but that is unacceptable
