The room was clean and comfortable for my family of four. The breakfast was delicious. Close walking distance to many popular areas and Porto Nuovo train station. Staff was helpful with translation and directions.

The property was very clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. However, the room was incredibly small and there were a few issues, such as the curtains not closing fully. The heating system also made our room incredibly warm when we were out and we had to turn on the air-conditioning and open the windows to cool the room down which went against being eco-friendly. However, the hotel is in a good location with easy access to the city centre (20 minute walk) and to Porta Nuova station where you can catch a bus to the airport (10 minute walk).

5 minutes walk out of the left hand side of the station if you exit a train, don't go to the front of the station to exit. Hotel on a quietish street, yes there are trams and buses going past the door but they don't bother you. Hotel clean, well kept, staff pleasant. Breakfast is not included for everyone, we took it one morning but went to a local cafe the second day as it wasn't the best. I would stay here again if I was in the area

Amazing location less than 5 minute walk to main rail station(North). Bus stop literally at the hotel entrance too. Very easy city to navigate round

We had a great stay. The hotel was able to accommodate our party of three adults. Altogether a wonderful experience for us all. Quick service. We called the front desk after tripping circuit breaker and someone was sent up within a couple minutes. The hotel has a great location with about a 10-15 minute walk into town square and museums. The main train station is also a short walk. And perhaps best of all was the 3€ (soon to be 4€ in 2020) breakfast buffet. The service was phenomenal with the unsung hero; the breakfast attendant, promptly refilling and replacing breakfast items. Would very much recommend.

Sixth floor room had good views over part of the city, and not too much road noise. Hotel was walking distance from the main station and not much further to the shopping centre and attractions. Room was the older style, and not one of the largest, but clean and with decent shower.

We stayed here on two separate nights with a different room each night and were really happy on both occasions. Both rooms were on the seventh floor and had a balcony, which was well worth the extra cost for the wonderful views. The rooms were attractive, exceptionally clean and in quiet locations. The staff in the hotel were extremely pleasant and helpful and we would certainly stay here again when visiting Torino!

Great hotel, wasn’t sure of the look by the variety of photos, I ended up being in the mid century looking rooms, large, clean and newly renovated bathroom
