I love the way the staff remember and accommodate me, it's like home away from home

Stayed only for one night. You didn’t need a card to enter through the back which post a high threat for others staying at the property. They had a big tv but provided no cable. No free breakfast and they charged $10 for parking which didn’t make any sense. Overall I would not stay here again.

A very nice property! I stay here as often as possible!

The man at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The room could have used an extra blanket or 2.

Very impressive hotel. Only negatives were that the hottub was closed for repair the days we stayed and the lobby’s coffee shop closes at 10 am. Otherwise this hotel was great!

Room service is on demand but even when you ask for it, they don't show up.
They don't honor "do not disturb". Hotel employees kept barging into the room regardless.
Cleanliness is not a priority, lots of mold and Serratia bacteria in the bathroom. Stqin3d blankets and towels.
Walls are thin. Can hear the neighbors clearly.
Carel3ss and apathetic management.

Hotel was great, very clean and a good price for the area.
Didn't understand why there was a $10 charge for parking in a regular, open parking lot covered in wet leaves.

Really loud people in the hallway. Mostly kids. TV didn't work. There was a screwdriver and cable ties left on the dresser next to the TV. Maybe someone had been installing a new TV and didn't finish? Anyway, it was not connected to service.

This is my second time staying here. It's clean and quiet and the beds are firm and comfortable. The lobby has nice seating, a cheerful fireplace and a cafe. It's a great location if you've got meetings in Redmond. It's technically in Bellevue, but you have to drive about 10 minutes to downtown Bellevue. This is a great location if you plan to rent a car and don't want to spend a ton on parking and tips for valets. If money is no object stay somewhere else for fancy bells and whistles. If you're on a budget, this place won't make you feel like to you compromised your standards.

Pillows are a bit flat, same for blankets. Room temp had only a short range from 66-75. Greay service, quiet location, safe parking.

Good clean standard room for the lowest price available. Had a comfortable bed and other furnishings. Would stay there again anytime and hope to book again in November.

Quiet location, yet close enough to good restaurants and shopping. The staff at the hotel was very nice and the room was clean and spacious. Overall a good stay.

The hotel itself is fine, but I misjudged the distance to the nearest light rail station. It's about a 15 min walk along a bike path, which was fine without luggage, but a bit far. And the hotel is set back in an odd location with no restaurants that I noticed within walking distance.
My one night in the hotel was perfectly fine though -- room was clean and comfortable. They were doing some maintenance in the hallway and some rooms nearby, but it did not affect my room.
The lobby area was nice as was the courtyard. And while the breakfast was not free, my hotels.com stay included a $15 credit, which covered a b'fast sandwich and yogurt parfait, so that was much better than most free breakfasts.
Doubtful I'll have a reason to stay in that area again, but if I did then I'd consider this hotel again.

Housekeeping didn't service our room one of the nights.
No elevators.
Plenty of parking, so not sure why they charge for parking.
The rooms were very nice and facilities were great.

We did not like that parking (daily) was charged. There appeared to be ample parking space for all of the buildings in the area.
There was a $15 charge place on my card after we left. No explanation.

The hotel overbooked itself and I didn't get the room I booked months in advance. This is also the first hotel I've seen in my life that has two storeys but no elevator, so be prepared to lug your baggage up the stairs if you aren't staying on the first floor. Guests are also charged for parking. The staff isn't very helpful and is unnecessarily curt. Through our stay, there was no housekeeping in spite of requesting. The property is quiet and surrounded by trees, but the rooms are just average...the bathroom fittings were leaky
