I travel frequently, domestically and internationally, the staff at this hotel has taken the top spot for service perfection. We arrived on the midst of an area blackout so the hotel staff was swamped and they exceeded our expectations. From the front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeping. Our stay was flawless. Highly recommend. Room was quiet, comfortable and clean.

Overall, my stay was okay. I made a last-minute switch from one hotel to another, and this one ended up being my choice. I mostly switched because of the pool, but it had a few drawbacks. It closes at 8:00 PM and opens at 8:00 AM, which is a bit early. It also doesn’t have a jacuzzi. The parking lot was completely empty, and the hotel is quite far from downtown Seattle. Taking a Lyft to any location of interest in Seattle, Washington, cost $50, which is a bit steep. I don’t understand why they charge $12 for parking if there’s tons of open parking. I counted over 100 spots in the parking lot, and there was plenty of space in the nearby hotel area. So, the $12 seems like a bit of corporate greed. The breakfast was okay, with all the typical continental breakfast items. The room was a bit too small for my liking. The bed was only about 6-9 inches wide on one side, making it difficult to get off and use the bathroom at night. The tub also had some mold/black stuff above the emergency drain at the top, which was disappointing. I’ve noticed that hotels are starting to use shampoo bottles attached to the shower in their rooms, which is a smart idea. However, it also seems like an afterthought.

Great location....room was clean quiet and wifi was great for work. Also enjoyed the breakfast every day as well as the woekout room. A home away from home for a week.

it was okay. the hotel is nice and clean and quiet, but for what you pay, i would have liked to have a jacuzzi, and for the pool to stay open passed 8 pm.

The hotel is very close to my family’s apartment. I stay in the Fairfield Inn every time I travel to Seattle.

It was a business trip, but the hotel offers everything you need. The breakfast was very good, they serve hot options bacon, eggs, waffles, pancakes, fruits. The only thing I didn’t like was that in my room the shower doesn’t have door, so there was a water puddle on the bathroom floor everyday.

The price was reasonable but I felt like I paid enough not to have to pay extra for every little thing. I had to pay $12 a night for parking per car and decent internet cost $5 extra per day. In most hotels those are included in your room rate and had I realized that I would need to add that to the cost I probably would have selected a different hotel.

Very quiet location, however this means it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk anywhere. Breakfast was good lots of choices a few more fresh fruit options would have been nice. The pillows on the bed were not the comfiest, my kids and I are used to a thicker pillow, however my husband liked the pillows so it just depends on what you are used to. My favourite thing about the hotel is the free coffee and tea that is available 24/7 down in the dining area.
