The view of my suite was breathtaking over looking Victoria harbor—when the hotel says it’s a harbor view, I think they undersold how beautiful it was😂! Throughout my stay, the service was professional and excellent. I had a very late flight on my departure day, they allowed me to use the grant club until the end, which was very kind.

Beautiful hotel, great views, very close to convention centre. We tried two of the restaurants and had room service and the food was excellent, though very expensive. Easy walk to Wan Chai restaurants. Staff were very helpful, everything you’d expect from a five star hotel.

First of all, never seen a hotel takes 10% of service charge from the final price when you check in. Also when they clean the room, check the towels and see it, few towels were dirty as hell....

All food was very expensive, and the Italian restaurant food wasn’t very good for the prices they charged. There is an entrance to the convention centre on level M. This connects to a walkway above the street level.

It was a very comfortable experience from the moment that I check in till check out. The staff are very courteous and helpful. I want to thank Erica, the concierge helped me a lot with booking my trips to the parks. Thank you to all the staffs there. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent service by all the staff. Most of them were welcoming and always ready to help. Compliments to the staff, especially the ones doing the room cleaning. Wan Chai and Exhibition centre MTR stations are within walkable distance from the hotel so it's easy to explore.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great view, spacious, clean and up to date rooms and overall very nice hotel with great access to Wan Chai and MTR is very convenient with the Exhibition line. Overall highly recommend it.

Excellent service and great food as always. The plateau rooms have incredible views but the room itself is aged and in need of fresh renovation especially the cushioned seats have yellowed and with old stains and look like they have been used for many many years
