The glass door that requires a room key to enter was busted out. If I didnt have the security of my pit bull sleeping next to me, I would never have stayed here. There are people that are living there long term. The TV did not work properly, no channels at all. Creepy dudes wandering the hallways. Never stay here again!!

Check in went fine. Man was polite at the front desk. Room seemed to be ok at first. Started to turn on lights and noticed some mold in places. This was late in the night already. We decided to stay there still. Was suppose to stay two nights. We ended up leaving in the morning. I don't know if it was the bed or not. I woke up and I could hardly walk. My back was out. The man at the front desk was polite. Charged us a small fee for leaving early. Which was fine with us. They refunded our second night. It took a week. That didn't bother us at all. This was a large centipede in the bathroom. We killed it and left it for them to see. I don't understand how they got a 8.0 grade. See attached photos. It will not let me add the photos. I will keep them if you want to see them. Thank you!

Quick overnight stop on way to Tennessee. Room was what was expected for the price. Clean, comfortable bed. Could hear a lot of outside noise from traffic, and room did not even back up to interstate. Breakfast okay, limited variety, but was hot and well stocked. Wished there was some sort of meat available (other than small amount of sausage in sausage gravy).

Our room was comfortable and quiet. There was a smell of smoke on entering the room as if it had been a smoking room some time in the past. It was a bit outdated with rust spots in the tub, but all in all it was fine. The breakfast was good and the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The room stunk. The beds thrown together not made. The nightstand was pulled from wall and water bottles slide off. No luggage rack had to use desk chair to hold luggage. The price is good. LOL

Room is old and not really cleaned that well. The hotel is an old signature Inn, should be demolished, I regret wasting my opportunity at a nice stay in Florence
