Overall my stay was good. Checking in was super smooth and the person at the front desk was super friendly. The look of the hotel is nice, not outdated and the room I stayed in was spacious. It was a bit dusty and the sink was a bit dirty, but other than that no problems with cleanliness. The breakfast was good, they had a decent variety of items. I extended my stay one more night and the staff was very accommodating and I was even able to stay in the same room I had originally gotten. The only real complaint I have was with the beds and pillows; they were not the most
comfortable. Other than that I would stay again.

At the beginning they gave us a room that smelled very damp. I asked to change rooms and that one was fine. When I booked it said free parking and at the hotel you have to pay $12 a night for parking. The bathroom door creaked every time it was opened. They don't give you drinking water in the rooms.

Staff was friendly overall, but property could use more maintenance and care. In the room, sink handle was broken, bathroom door had to be forced shut, uncomfortable, flat pillows and sofa had stains. Lobby was clean, inviting. Cleaning staff was kind.

Our stay was not great due to several factors:
First, we were told they were sold out and didn’t have a room for us when we arrived at 2 AM. The funny thing is, we had called beforehand to let them know we’d be arriving late around 2-3 AM, and they confirmed that the room would be ready by then. We even received an email confirming we had already checked in before we arrived. That’s definitely not what you want to hear when you’re evacuating from Milton and booked the room at least a day in advance.
The front desk person said his colleague had called earlier to inform us they were sold out but couldn’t reach us. This is where things got worse because we never received any message, voicemail, or missed call.
Thankfully, he was able to check us into one of the spare rooms.
As for the parking situation, we weren’t even in a downtown or crowded area, so $12 a night was ridiculous. The front desk even acknowledged that other guests had complained about it before and advised us to email the manager.
Also, we were told we would get housekeeping on our third night, but no one ever showed up.
Aside from all that, the hotel is in a great location, and at least we had a place to stay while everything in Milton was happening.

Well the first room they gave me was 503 and it is very run down. It had a chemical smell that was very strong. Many stains in the carpet. Old, worm out and worst of all the A/C barely worked. It looked like it was veey old and needed cleaning badly. After calling the front desk they eventually changed me to room 122 which was newer and so much better. The A/C worked great in the second room. The staff was not friendly at all to be honest but i made the best of it.

It was just okay—nothing outstanding. The room had a slight odor, and the continental breakfast was below average. Additionally, the parking charge was unnecessary and wasn’t disclosed during booking

Nice clean and tucked away hotel , but the view from the street needed to be more visible if your not paying attention you can miss the hotel .

We stayed one night at Hyatt Place Atlanta Norcross. The sink faucet was inverted, and both the bed and couch made squeaky noises with the slightest movement. The pillows were low quality and not fluffy. The restroom door didn’t close properly. While the room size was decent, the design wasn't very well thought out. I would prefer other hotels before returning here.

Did not clean our room. I asked why and was told "we only clean every other day" :-(

It was a nice room. My kid was very pleased and said it was the coolest hotel ever. But he's 7, so take that for what its worth.

The rooms are very spacious. They have a mini refrigerator and coffee maker in the rooms. I didn't like that there was no microwave and you had to pay for parking. We ending up having to stay another day and they were able to accommodate us and we were able to keep our same rooms. Overall it was a good hotel and pet friendly.

Needs to be noted that the parking lot for the hotel is owned by a 3rd part and it’s $12 a day to park there.
Seams most of the A/C in the hotel wasn’t working. Elevator and hallways uncomfortably hot. Room A/C had to work overtime to keep your room cool.

The corporate manager was on duty during the stay and made a such big difference from my previous stays monthly.

The motel was nice, the room was nice, and the staff was nice. The pool was nice and extremely clean. There were a few things that needed attention: we stayed in room 320. The closet door was off the track, the tub didn’t drain well, and the TV volume would blare out loud on its own. The breakfast could have been a little better AND stocked. They were out of most of the food.

Almost no staff available, it took me more than an hour for Shaiane because the computer wasn’t working and the breakfast is terrible, not enough for everybody and very unorganized

Had to get moved from one room to another because the bathtub wasn’t draining properly and pooled up to ankles and had left over hairs on the walls. Once we got moved over, there was a roach in the bathroom (alive) and the room was unusually hot. Other than that it was fine I guess.

I was called at 7pm while at the ball game to tell me I no longer had a room that they over booked! 8 hrs from home with children. They were very rude and unprofessional.
