It was a great experience, they took care of the issue we had with the barking dog next door by upgrading us.

It was my third time at Blackcomb Spring Suites. The suites are very comfortable.
I love the full kitchen and the pool and hot tub. Also I like the quite location and that they are pet friendly. Very kind staff too.
I totally recommend them.

The hotel itself is beautiful with a fantastic pool and hot tub area in a peaceful setting. The convenience of bringing a dog was great! However, if you have a large vehicle, you will have to park at the bottom of a large hill and either take the bus up or walk. For some reason, the hotel doesn’t monitor the parking spots in front of the hotel where there is drop off. So when you arrive or depart, all the spots are taken and you have to park further away in a no parking zone. This isn’t bad, unless it’s pouring rain, which is was for us. Also, they allowed certain guests to park full time in the 10-min loading area all day and night while others are told to walk up and down a large, long hillside, scrambling for the few parking spots on the hill, competing with other vehicles from other hotels. It was a bizarre and frustrating situation because our Tahoe didn’t fit in their parking from overhead. I spoke to management and front desk numerous times as I was traveling with a pet and 3 kids, walking up the hill in pouring rain and pitch black at night. They blamed the city, the city said it was the hotel’s responsibility. The same 3 vehicles from out of province sat in 10-minute loading zones for 2 full days. Poor customer service from the front desk &management on this issue.

Location was great, there is a shuttle that stops in front and take you around the main stops on whizzler. It was practical and had a small kitchen at the studio room.

Very friendly & welcoming place to stay. Far enough away from the village to hear nature - close enough to easily walk onto town.

Had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately the pool was shut for repairs and the coffee machine was out of order for much of our stay.

Cozy spot away from town with mountain views and the Blackcomb gondola right behind. Room was a bit worn, but clean and comfortable. There was construction going on all day across the street which was noisy. The pool and two hot tubs are great to use, but ended up being closed for repairs after the first day we were there. There is a shuttle to the village from there, but we ended up driving down since we didn't want to wait for it. You do have to pay for parking in town too plus they said $25 per day at the hotel which is a hassle. We haven't been charged for hotel parking yet though. It might be easier to stay closer to the village next time and skip the hassle of finding and paying double for parking.

Nice hotel and pool area. Front desk not helpful, and inconsistent in implementing policy. Asked for pool towels and told to fetch from room, a family member witnessed towels given by another staff member to another hotel guest a few moments later. A bit of a strange dynamic there

This place is amazing. Super comfortable and great access to the upper village. They have a free shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes.
The rooms are very nice and spacious. This was definitely the best place we stayed in our whole trip.

We stayed in a studio suite and it was so clean. We usually rent private properties/use air bnb and they always require some kind of cleaning or another. This was super clean and we were so happy! Front desk staff were so pleasant and we really enjoyed our stay. Only minor feedback would be to have the pool cleaned mid-day/more frequently as it was quite the cemetary for bugs lol. I didn't get into the pool for this reason but it didn't stop anyone else :)
We will be back!!
