This lodge is in a good location and the staff are friendly and helpful. The free shuttle into Whisper was good although out of action for one of our three days there. Lodge reimbursed us for taxis which was helpful.
The room was clean and reasonably well equipped, although others were stayed at had better facilities by way of kitchen utensils (plates, bowls, etc).
Notified that the lodge was being used for filming too late to make alternative arrangements. The lodge did what they could to minimise disruption however access was effected due to filming, as was use of the bar area (not accessible at all during our stay), and limited use of the Den (restaurant), access routes around, entrance, reception, spa, were also effected due to filming. So although we still paid full price access to facilities had limited access or we didn't have access to at all. Hence
My score for value for money.

Vista sul lago, tranquillità della camera molto pulita, wifi veloce, personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo prenotato una notte in più
La doccia con soffione fisso

Fall in Whistler is fabulous, and this hotel has a beautiful location next to Nita Lake, gorgeous facilities and amenities. Really appreciated having the shuttle available. Large comfortable room with a view of the lake. It is pricey but feels worth it. Staff could not have been better.
Restaurant could have been better, esp for the price.

It is beautiful! Stunning views and surroundings. Very comfortable. Great food. Friendly staff.

Such a beautiful and well cared for property in a great location.
Not much. Hot tub was not working when we were there.

On a lake. Beautiful decorations on the dock. Walking area

De grote propere kamers en de mooie locatie
Het geluid van de buren in de aanpalende kamer.

Front desk staff and reservations are most helpful and accommodating. Got us a great room in a good location with in the Lodge. Had a great complimentary shuttle Van into Whistler Vilage- Drivers were great too!
Cure Lounge & Patio. Staff good - food not so. Chicken Wings - had better. Hamburger okay. Had ran out of both Lager and Pilsner on Tap. Lots of IPA though. Limits the choice of supply vs: what's advertised on their menu. Suggest specials / happy hour be extended to 5pm vs stoping at 4pm. Short by an hour compared to others restaurants.

bath tub & cure lounge
The duvet had a yellow tinge, bed sheets had marker and stains on them, sliding door was broken upon arriving, had to call the front desk twice to get door fixed, paid $78 for parking even though I parked on street, huge spiders in bathroom and staff seemed bored/ annoyed.

It was great
Everything was good and well done . We didnt like that you were forced to pay for parking

The setting is gorgeous. It’s wonderful to have easy access to the main town - a pretty, long walk, the shuttle, or driving with parking being fairly straightforward - without being really right in it.
Also convenient to a convenience store with a short walk which is handy for sundries.
The fireplace was super cozy on cool nights. The bed was comfy. The bathtub and the shower were lovely.
Our dinner at the Den was quite good (the amuse bouche and dessert were particular standouts), cocktails and dinner at the Cure were very good, coffee and smoothies at Fix were excellent.
Massage at the Spa was pleasant.
We liked it and would stay again.
It wasn’t a deal breaker for us but the pool is really quite small. You are right by a wonderful lake for swimming to be clear. But for anyone for whom that might matter a lot - FYI.

We enjoy the complimentary ride on the bicycle and the canoe experience at the lake.
JJ the Valley was very helpful and friendly. We had a two-bedroom suite and it was enough space for a family of six to enjoy our stay there. Breakfast was yummy.

Gorgeous location. Also loved the decor in the rooms.
Nothing!

Nice location.
Furniture was dated and dirty looking. Not worth almost $400 a night.
4.3
Great location, very nice hotel, friendly staff that were always more than happy to help with anything.
The only slight issue was the outdoor spa which had so much chlorine in it one day that it completely destroyed our swimmers in the space of 20 minutes (colour not just faded, but completely whited out in some places!).
UPDATE: Nita Lake has been in contact and has offered to refund any damage to our swimmers. Very highly appreciated gesture and absolutely fantastic customer service!
4.3
location, and convenience
no in room dining or food services for young children.
the check in was 4pm and nothing at all was done to expedite this process for families with young children. service was hit and miss, half in credibly friend whilst others appeared rude and impatient.

Good
Our dinner in the Den went a bit sideways on Monday evening. Big delay in getting our main course and then the lamb turned out to be tough.
4.3
Gorgeous high ceilings, large bath, excellent shuttle service, nice pool, heated bathroom flooring, large tv
The thermostat did not work- it would not go below 20 deg C. It was suffocatingly warm, I lost a few hours of sleep, which was unacceptable for a hotel of this price. And then the bed was hard as a rock and the sheets were scratchy.
A beautiful place- but I would not stay here again.
4.3
Beautiful hotel, with an excellent location from the creek side gondola.
That don’t have room service available and the charge you for the parking.
