It was very good, good spred for breakfast. Only disappointed, there was no pool or hot tub.

The water was either burning your skin or frost bite. The lady named Judy at the front was so rude. The ac didn’t work in my room. I waited for towels the second day and just had to go buy some.

Facilities were clean and it looked like the motel had some updates in paint and carpet. The breakfast was not well-maintained. The morning hostess was not overly helpful.

Fine for an overnight stay. Convenient to I-80/90, and less expensive than many hotels along the turnpike. I’d stay again.

During my recent day trip to the Indiana Dunes, I decided to stay at the Quality Inn, believing I had booked a room with Comfort Inn. My disappointment was immediate upon arrival.
First, if you book through a third-party site, be prepared for a $50 incidental fee. While this might not be a big issue at a well-equipped hotel, it feels like an insult here. The hotel fails to provide basic amenities you'd expect, like extra towels or a functional AC. The entire place reeked of an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of decay, which made my stay unbearable.
Accessibility is another major issue. There is no elevator to the second floor, so if you need a handicap-accessible room with a king bed, avoid this place. The grumpy and intimidating older staff further ruined my experience. Imagine the characters from "Grumpy Old Men" replaced with equally surly women, and you'll get the picture.
Overall, my stay at Quality Inn was horrendous. I will never book here again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for accommodation.

At checkin our room was not ready which was no big deal so they moved us to another room that ended up having glass in the bed that injured my son. Hotel mangers never contacted me in anyway to check on my childs injuries or to discuss my refund being processed. Mirrors were not cleaned, a/c in lobby/dinning area were not working, carpets on stairs and in hallways were dirty with food droppings. Will never stay again.

Stay was from July 19-22, 2024, stay was very disappointing. Mattress was so hard I thought that I was laying on a slab of concrete and the house keeping only gave fresh towels on Saturday, left dirty sheets on when the made the bed up had the same green spots on them. Just nasty the chair and bench had nasty stains all over it. Did not get anymore clean towels for the rest of the stay. Nor any clean linen very disgusting and disappointing. I don’t recommend this inn at all. A waist of $356.87 $25.00 deposit, the deposit is supposed to be refunded but I have not seen yet. I don’t recommend, I’ll try Bay across the street.

It wasn't terrible, but you get what you pay for I guess. Plumbing leaked, bugs in the room, have a $50 security charge they don't tell you about until you get there and took forever waiting to check out. Good enough for a 1 night stay.

Staff and service were very kind.
Unfortunately, that's where it ends, upon inspection of the of the 2 queen beds, the sheets had stains all over them. We thought the fluffy down blanket had a wet mark on it
but it was a huge oil stain.
The white sheets underneath had several stains on it, different types of colors. I'm sure it's been washed but if you can't remove the stains why not replace the sheets?
Shower door could not close, it was scraping the tile floor. The bathtub was draining so slowly before we even used it.
I guess you get what you pay for.

Staff was always available and very helpful. Housekeeping came around several times during our stay. Close to train station for a quick trip into Chicago and close to Indiana Dunes National Park. Several breakfast options including biscuits & gravy and waffles even though I usually just have coffee in am. Would stay again if in area.
