Excellent service and stay. Only small complaint I have is that you pay $45 for valet/parking per night and when we left the valet worker basically asked me for a tip telling me they work for tips. $45 and a tip is still expected is a tad crazy to me.

The room itself was nice. Bed was comfortable. Had a nice view of downtown. There was an issue with a room down the hall and didn't feel security handled it the best way. We were charged more for our parking than we were told. Had $1,000 worth of tools stolen from our vehicle. Valet manager has yet to return our call.

Location to the theater district and restaurants. Great valet service and friendly front desk staff. We will return for our next trip to Cleveland

Overall, the hotel was great.
My only issue was the valet at night. He was nice, but when he went to drive my car away to the parking garage, he kept on revving the engine over and over hard and harder because he didn't put it in drive!
I didn't feel he had basic driving knowledge, so I parked it myself into the garage across the street.
It was an automatic vehicle, but he didn't know to PUT IT INTO DRIVE.!!!???

We were pleased with our stay overall. The room was clean and modernized, the breakfast was complete with hot and continental items, and the staff were generally very pleasant. I only had an issue with the staff person who checked us out. She was incredibly unfriendly and impatient. I notice her the day prior when I spoke with another staff member and she was just as unfriendly then. She should be replaced. She gives the hotel a bad vibe; particularly since she is the first person you see when you arrive in the lobby.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Great location, walking distance to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and science Museum. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Everyone was so very polite. Love the Continental breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Horrible experience. We ended up checking out before we even slept there and had to find another hotel after driving 10 hours and waking up that morning at 3am for our road trip. I’d give this experience minus 5 stars if I could. Rudest staff ever. Heather the front desk person was so rude and she was a bigot and and elder abuser.

Just passing through, only spent one night but the staff was incredibly friendly!
The location was perfect! We parked our car in the ramp, lots to do within walking distance.

The staff at front desk were pleasant. Valet attendants were great. Just one person, was a bit overwhelmed the Sunday we checked in. There was a NFL home game.
The hotel is close to Rock and Roll museum, one could walk.
The room was nice ,clean and large enough. Except the ADA shower which in itself was nice but the actual shower device was 4 feet away from ADA shower chair. We find that quite a few hotels forget to put a shower device that can be reached when one is sitting down.

The stay was wonderful. However, the check-in process was terrible! When I got there the lady working the front desk was very welcoming. When she realized she could not find my reservation, her welcoming demeanor became condescending and rude. She stepped away from the desk and went into the back room for 2 minutes before returning to tell me, “You have to call and deal with Hotels.com.” No empathy whatsoever! I chatted with Hotels.com and they said they tried to call the hotel but no one answered. They asked me to ask her to answer the phone. She did and then hung up on them. I received another text from Hotels.com and they told me it was handled and to go back to the front desk. I did and she snapped at me that the reservation wasn’t confirmed. I told her they told me to come up and she said to tell them to, “stop lying.” I walked away and sat in the lobby about 5 minutes later she hollered at me that the manager was working on it and it would be “6 more minutes.” After about 10 minutes, she called me to the desk to finish checking in. She was rude. She didn’t share any of the “typical” information I heard her sharing with other customers. This was a situation out of MY control. The hotel room had been paid in full. We have stayed at Hampton Inns all across the country and have NEVER been treated so poorly as we tried to navigate a problem that didn’t involve us. I’m not sure if she thought we were trying to pull something over on her but her behavior was uncalled for.

The wait for the elevator was horrendous on Sunday morning and there were no stairs to lobby. Took stairs and ended up outside!

Very nice hotel. Great location to Progressive Park for baseball games. Complimentary breakfast was just ok. Coffee was not so good. We went to Dunkin for coffee
