Upon entering our room, it was so very warm, while we turned off the heat, there was no way to cool the room down because it is a central system and not controlled within the room. The window was screwed shut. Upon entering the bathroom, it was clear that the toilet was clogged. It took over an hour to have somebody come up to the room with a plunger first, and then a snake. The washroom had sticky stuff splashed on the floor that was very easily seen, almost like somebody had spilt a drink, there was no hand soap, and when we went to grab a hand towel, there was a stack of sanitary pads on top of the towel. It was clear that the bathroom had not been cleaned very well at all. There was something that had been splashed or spilt all over the wall by the bed as well. I am usually not one to complain, but it was very disappointing. We had dinner reservations that evening, so while we were out, they did have somebody come up and clean the bathroom properly which I appreciated. We also used the valet parking, unfortunately, it was my fault for not circling my car before we left the hotel, but upon returning home, we noticed that the front end Had an indentation in the hood, like somebody had either backed into it, or it had bumped the car in front of it. I am sure it didn’t happen elsewhere, but because I did not see and address it at the hotel I cannot say with 100% certainty that it happened at the hotel.

The view and room were perfect except the door lock was really messed up and come to find out you could not exit the room, I figured out how to pick it eventually but it was a major safety issue and they failed to fix it when notified.

The view is amazing. We got the falls view room. Location is great. We walked alot. Parking is a block away. Our daughter loved the pool. We didn't get to try Mortons steakhouse that's attached, but maybe next time.

Although the hotel room I stayed is a little bit dated, the views of the falls is very beautiful. Our room can see the sunrise & the fireworks. It is 10/10. By the way, you need to use x2 power to open the door in order to leave the room because the door doesn’t work properly.

I am disappointed with huge parking charges abd not explained about additional huge taxes.. $ 164 for 3 days parking is insane. Room had lovely view but only one chair ( not in good shape)

We didn't have a Falls view but we still had a good view out of our window as we had a room at the corner of the hotel. We had a king bed and sofa and room was clean and well serviced. They had a gluten free toaster, bread and muffins which was excellent and opportunity to have omelets and fruit for breakfast for GF person. There are some restaurants nearby and you can get to the falls via the venicular railway.

Be prepared for taxes and additional fees to the tune of $100-$200 CAD per night. The view is what it's all about. Superior King room is lovely, but that's about it. Valet parking very expensive, but after long drive, easy to convince yourself....but more charges. Room service Salad with Chicken over $50. If you call room service after hour wait, they say no answer at knock on door and phone call not answered which was a total lie. Charges on folio at check out are insanely confusing and not meant for the customer to understand. Never in hundreds of hotel stays have we ever had such a confusing bill and put through on 5 different charges on our credit card (not including the deposit). Not worth the hassle, there are other places that have hotels with this spectacular view which value customer satisfaction and communication more highly.

Convenient location! Beautiful falls view from our room on the 19th floor. Parking cost $45 per day and you have to walk block away or $65 for valet parking. Starbucks downstairs. Room was clean, neat and modern. The hotel lobby was old-fashioned.

Very clean and modern. The spa was AMAZING ! We had a fallsview room and the view was beautiful. It would have been nice for at least 1-2 vegan food options on the room menu, but there were plenty of delivery and drivable options around.

We decided to splurge and choose the executive suite. Our room was on the 11th floor and we thought it would be on a much higher floor. The room was dated, the furniture was old and worn out. The view of the falls was good, we could see horseshoe falls and if we got all the way to one side of the window we could see the American falls. BUT, the windows are so dirty it really ruined the view. We decided to get room service because we had drove all day and just did not feel like going out. We ordered one grilled chicken sandwich and one tossed salad that we both shared. The cost for that was $123.77, valet parking ends up being $79.26 a day. We could not see the fireworks from our room because of an offset in he building. Wife fell asleep on the couch and woke up to a huge spider crawling on the ceiling that took off and we spent an hour finding and killing it. They were doing construction a room next to ours that went on past 9:00 pm and started back up early in the morning. We just retired from the hospitality business and we understand some reviews have no merit. But our advise in regards to those looking to stay to see the falls from your room, choose other options.

The view from our room was fantastic. The bed was not as firm as we like. And they should tell you when you check in that they charge for the wi-fi daily. Maid service was ok. They just threw the covers back on the bed as if you would not notice the corners had not been tucked in.
