My only issue is that the room was not cleaned properly. They did not change the sheets, or pillow slip that I had mistakenly put chocolate on and cookie crumbs on the bed. They put the pillow behind another and turned it to not show and there were still crumbs in bed. They left no washcloths.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Hotel has been upgraded. Our room was nice and roomy but lacking somewhat in furniture. No coffee table for the couch, no hassock for the easy chair, there was plenty of room for these pieces which would have improved comfort. Bathroom was upgraded but tub was old but did the job. Breakfast was great.

The room looked mostly clean. There was a cockroach in the room and the shower handle was full of black mold. The curtain of the room was broken and my partner had to fix it in order to get it down. I was charged an additional fee of $40 for having my dog, even though nothing stated that would happen.

Very clean and comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The room is sparsely furnished but has all amenities needed. Friendly staff. Very nice hot breakfast.

Great breakfast, comfortable room. It seemed a bit old and the phone was incredibly dirty. I had to call down because there was no pillows or sheets and blanket for pull out couch. The bathroom door was so difficult to shut. When it was forced shut then you couldn’t get out. The breakfast was great!

Shower curtain is too short & water leaked onto the floor, there were dog hairs in one of the beds, it was so late, I shared a bed with my daughter, the electrical outlets for the coffee, and the hairdryer did not work, there was debris and dirt swept against the wall, where the desk is.

The room was nice because it is not carpeted. The shower knob has molds inside. The tub is uneven so the water pools at the center. The breakfast was okay( sausage links, egg, waffle, assorted bread, juices, coffee). There was ample parking.

We booked this trip due to a softball tournament. We drive 14 hours from Delaware. The front desk staff upon check in was very nice. We got to the room, it wasn’t cleaned to my standards and there were roaches. When we checked out the front staff was great and stated they would immediately put in a refund.

Cockroaches! Do not stay here! Also knowing we had a pet, they neglected to tell us beforehand that there's a rule stating you could not leave your pet in the room without someone present at all times. Very inconvenient because we were there to attend a dance performance. Luckily, he is a service dog and was well received and he behaved appropriately.The rooms had nice furniture but the bathroom did not meet my standards for cleanliness. The coffee maker reeked a strange odor when we brewed one of the kcups they supplied. For the money spent, value was low. We had to swat at 5 cockroaches so that alone tells u there's more lurking around. Never have I ever experienced something like this. The only reason for a 2 rating is being it provided a roof over my head for the night, the beds were comfortable and the front desk employee was pleasant upon check-in. But please, keep scrolling past this one!

The room was filthy. There was dirt in every corner. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. Roaches came out at night and got everywhere. They covered the floor and walls and in our bags. I checked out after one night because it’s not safe to have my kids in that room. Disgusting.

It was the worse room I have ever stayed in. The bed sheet were very dirty full of sand and hair. The shower was dirty. The air conditioner did not work well stayed hot in room. Had to go down stairs and get clean sheets and spread to make the bed myself. And they said it was full so couldn’t get another room.

If you have allergies to mold/mildew I would completely steer clear of this hotel. Our room reeked of mold and we found mold on the pillow, sheets, walls, and outlets. My daughter who attends UF could not even visit us because she has severe mold allergies. To be honest, I’m not sure how they are even open. The only reason we did not leave or complain is all other hotels were sold out or over $1,000/night. The shower curtains were also super short and water got all over the floor creating a slippery mess. The staff was pleasant and greeted us coming and going every time, but this will definitely be a one and done for us.
