Arrived the bellman that night was Amazing!!!! Then get to check out very rude and rushing me as I’m asking questions one words answers . Found stand up shower with mold all in it and the head board was stained also found hair in my bed .

They were an hour late for check in because thr room was not ready and then they tried to downgrade me to a room less expensive with no credit. At over $1,000 a night, the room should be ready at check in. I had to ask a lot and be assertive to get the room. Then the room was on the 3rd floor with workers on the stairs outside my window. I had no privacy and could not open the window to look up.

The hotel room was not in good shape. The room Ceiling was stained, with holes and lacking paint. The bathroom wall paper was peeling off and the tub had a gross caulking. Way below what you’d expect given the cost and the Hilton flag. It’s a shame they would let room get to that bad shape and not fix it before putting guests there.

We've had no issues with our room, which is ample and stylish. We called for an extra set of towels and were brought more very quickly. Everyone who works in the hotel, including housekeeping and facilities, has been very nice to us.

We checked in to a clean room. I used the restroom and found that the toilet was not working properly flushing. Instead of calling the lobby I decided to go there since I had an errand to run. When I got back 10 minutes later it was fixed. What a great service!

For the price, the room was not bad at all, so if you are looking for a clean and fine place to stay, this place is fine and will surely serve your needs. However, there were many small problems that added up to a less-than-pleasant stay for me. I got slow/no internet in the room the first night (it seems that the hotel staff addressed this because it got better the second day, though when I initially contacted them about the problem, they just told me to contact AT&T customer service), there were fruit flies in the room, the remote control to the TV and the coffee maker didn't work and had to be replaced, the lightbulb in the bedside lamp was flickering crazily so I couldn't use it, the shower had a weird half-door so water got all over the bathroom. It also suffered from a lot of the same issues as many other hotels right now as they try to cut every possible cost at the expense of customer comfort--no water cups in the room, cheap doors to the room that let in light from the hallway underneath, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, cheap and very minimal blankets, no coffee in the lobby in the morning.

I have stayed at Hilton hotels many times. This is by far the worse Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were dated and in the worse conditions I have seen. My room had to be changed 3 times until there was one acceptable to stay in. Although the ballroom was lovely, the rooms I was offered were not. I would not recommend this hotel location.

I enjoyed my stay, the only thing I requested when I booked the room was to have a tub with a shower. I had my little daughter with me, it was a standing shower only, which was hard for me to have her take a shower.

Bathroom door did not work properly. After checking in we were in our room unpacking when we heard a knock on the door I opened the door to find a hey little girl about 5 years old by herself in the hallway. I asked who she was with and she walked over to the next door and knocked on the door female opens the door little girl walks in I told the lady she was knocking on my door she looked angry and said thank you and close the door. Later that evening there were people coming in and out of there rooms till after 1:00 a.m. love talking then door slamming not a good night's sleep.
