The shower was not that hot. The hot tub was broken. The pool was broken. The TV hardly gets any channels, but the place was clean and the staff was extremely friendly, but you can tell the hotel was run down. There’s a ceiling tile out in the hallway, the carpets all stained and bleached it needs a bad overhaul.

The worst experience was the hot tub and pool. Our family planned this trip for several weeks and our grandchildren were so excited about the indoor pool. The pool was extremely cold, in fact I had to ask for the heat to be turned on. We went in the hot tub and our granddaughter got water in her eyes and it burned her eyes for over 2 hours. The jacuzzi was full of very soapy water again it was very cold.
The rooms very dusty, there were spiders and cob webs in the guest room window. The tubs had no drain plugs for baths for the children.

Hotel room overall was nice, although the sink was having trouble with draining, likely due to buildup of hair. Nice beds and TV though, and the free breakfast was also a plus.

Carpeting on 3rd floor had many bleach stains. Owners should have replaced immediately. Terrible optic. Were told the carpeting would not be replaced before the end of the year. Electronic keys would not work, even with the help of a nice staff person. She also helpfully gave us a room on another floor. Room rates the next day nearly tripled because of football game. We moved across the street to a much nicer hotel owned by same chain for a much less expensive rate.

Room was as clean as an old hotel can be. The room smelled musty when we arrived late and we just wanted to sleep. Due to the smell we woke up with stopped up noses and sore throats. My fault for not moving rooms. The employees were nice but this just wasn't my cup of tea or what I'm use to and we travel a lot.

The friendly atmosphere, the friendliness of staff. The staff were very accommodating to us. Very comfortable. Hotel had everything we needed. Very close to all dining and shopping. Nice area.
Breakfast was very good and a lot to choose from.
Didn’t like refrigerator no freezer! But good size.

This hotel was filthy. We stayed for two nights and had I been able to get a refund I would have left immediately after getting to our room.
The showers don’t have fans so there is no proper ventilation. The ceiling was full of mold which had obviously been painted over many times. Everything just felt dirty. I’m not one to walk around with shoes at home, but I felt like I needed to keep something on my feet at all times based on how dirty everything felt.
The pool deck was full of hair everywhere. It was also freezing cold. My son spent 5 minutes in there and immediately wanted to leave which was a bummer because he looked forward to swimming before bed all day. The jacuzzi’s heater was broken so it was barely luke warm which didn’t matter much because after seeing the rest of the pool we refused to get in in fear it was also very uncleanly.
The beds were decently comfortable, but pillows were paper thin.
The location was good everything was a 10-15 minutes drive. The restaurants around were good. Our favorite was Sal Victor’s.
The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. However, this alone would not entice me to return.

Kinda shabby, but acceptable. (Except for the desk clerk you yelled at me because the luggage rack I was using bumped into the elevator door surround)

The hotel is in a great location. It is very dated and run down. They are supposed to be remodeling but we did not see evidence of that. The young lady at the desk couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. She was delightful.

This hotel was fine but a little tired.
The carpet on the third floor was extremely worn and musty but to be fair, I was told the contractors kept changing the dates to install the new floor coverings.
My room key continuously self deactivated and that was kind of annoying. However the staff was super friendly and patient as I made multiple trips to have my key reactivated.
The bathroom sink was missing the stopper so I lost an earring back down the drain. Not critical but still a nuisance.
The area was busy and surrounded by numerous other hotel chains. I might not chose this hotel again if I find myself in the area. It would be a hard “no” if the people weren’t so nice.

The property had a water leak and some of the rooms smelled really bad of stale water. If the property is aware of it, those rooms should not have been rented.
