Let start with the cleanness I was there for five nights and not once I saw anyone clean the ground and around the pool or bar. The first day we were early, my husband and I went to the bar to burn some time. The bar stool has bird poop and not one chair only all of them. The guesses were drinking alone the pool side and leaving their cups and when the wind would blow the cups went into the hot tub were I was sitting in. This was uncomfortable, the next day I went to the pool again and there was cups from the evening before and in the pool floating around. The light in the building goes off at lease 4 to 5 time a day and when it go off the water stop too. One day I was taken a shower and in the middle of the shower the water stop. Then the electricity went off and we got stock in the elevator with some other guy who was hyperventilating 😃. As for the breakfast it was at 6.00am to 9.30am but the starting to close the breakfast area at 9.00am. So if you are little late good luck and for my fellow Americans who like coffee there is no coffee station all day long😃. I can go on and on but that would not help.Overall my husband and I was very disappointed with this hotel. The hotel is run down and needs good management and maintenance.

It was a beautiful hotel with the pool in the beach and multiple restaurants, but they hold a lot of events there that are very loud till very early in the morning

The property was beautiful. We do wish the rooms were a little more updated, and breakfast had more options for meat that were not pork. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was really helpful and friendly and did their best to make sure we had everything we needed immediately after every request. The casino was nice, the dining options were great as well and the pool temp stayed amazing!! Also, direct access to the beach, and the awesome bartenders were some of the best features for our vacation.

The most uncomfortable and old sofa bed, they charged me for "accommodation" but it was really bad, pools where good and breakfast was good. The elevator was broken with no sign so I got trapped into it, horrible experience, not worth the money I spent there.

Our stay in this resort was amazing, the room was a studio with doble beds, living room with dining table mini fridge and microwave, big enough! we get a previous ocean view that it was beautiful! Very clean comfy and quiet, the breakfast was great a lot of options and delicious, in the afternoon you get a courtesy drink, this is a plus! The beach and the pools are really nice too, this resort is located inside a condominium with golf campus in one of the best areas in Puerto Rico. The only thing that I want to mention is this is really far away form a lot touristic places so make sure to rent a car and prepare to drive (a lot of traffic) I want to thanks MR. CARLOS RODRIGUEZ to be so professional, friendly and kind he made our stay very pleasant!!! We definitely come back and recommend this place!

Very clean comfy and quiet, the breakfast was great a lot of options and delicious, in the afternoon you get a courtesy drink, this is a plus! I always love the Embassy, my husband and I really enjoyed our time there, however our room moist had a lot of moisture which kept our clothes very damped which was very enoying. Otherwise I had a wonderful time and will definitely stay at that location again next year

I only wished there was more than n the property as it is on the other side of the island but other than that it was great, the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was fresh. The drinks were great and I love the immediate beach access although it is an small beach it is very nice and the view was beautiful.

We were also upset because we were supposed to get 50$ credit per day at the resort but we never got the email for it so orbitz nor the hotel would honor it. Overall the hotel was a nice getaway witj good Restaurants on site. Make sure you get your parking validated sonyou dont pay 45$ a night. We were also upset because we were supposed to get 50$ credit per day at the resort but we never got the email for it so orbitz nor the hotel would honor it. The actual hotel food wasnt bad and we liked that they gave us 2 free drinks a night. Overall an okay stay.

The hotel had all the amenities needed to have a great vacation. If I didn’t want to leave the hotel, I could stay and enjoy the day at the pool or the beach behind the hotel. Staff was very friendly and kind. I would go back to this hotel for another vacation.
