The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts- so not in congested inner city. The Taj service and hospitality is always fantastic and this property lives up to the high standards. Special mention for the breakfast room staff (Ckowk) - Deepak, Stithy and Dhananjay- they were so so nice and made the stay wonderful. Front desk Supriya was also very helpful and made every effort to make us comfortable. This is a property I would highly recommend! 5*

Very friendly staff, outstanding differentiated service. Standout driver Shamim, highly recommended for any local explorations by car. All local temple visits and rituals very conveniently arranged. Suggest communication for your by phone instead of email.

We enjoyed the stay at Taj Ganga in two rooms . The staff made the difference in stay and we look forward to next stay. We stayed for a week. Everyone helped to make our stay comfortable. Some of the people who checked and helped are mentioned below : Restaurent manager - Rajiv, he made sure food was good and we had everything Restaurent staff - Putnam, Muskan, Tanu, Vishal, Deepak, Ritishna all served well. Punam always welcomed with smile :) Transportation - Dharam ji went above and beyond to make our family comfortable and guidance.

The staff was excellent. The room was very comfortable. I left medication in my room when they checked out and they managed to get it to the airport in time for my flight. It's very difficult to train a staff as consistently good as Taj. I'd stay there again.

Best in banaras and value for money. Staff is extremely professional.It's Taj ambience after all. Staff at the Dining halls are very polite and cheerful.Absolutely nothing to complain. Would highly recommend.This will be my regular pick for banaras here on.
