Hotel room service did not include fries or snacks on its own. They had restrictions of buying side meals with main meal only
What if someone is not hungry or has a kid that wants fries only. Why should someone pay for food they don’t want to eat
Plus their food menu didn’t had much options on an affordable price to purchase, room service didn’t provide for liquid milk for tea/coffee which is basic amenities that should be provided. I had to pay $10 for a packet of milk that costs $3 jn the supermarket

Amazing resort and excellent service. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only downside was a weird sound from what we think were the pipes in the walls on a couple of our nights.

Great for families that love an inclusive resort!
Kids club is a great option. Wonderful, family friendly pool area (and adults only area too); actovoty area (pool table, air hockey, table tennis, squash, etc) lots of activities can be organised; wonderful babysitting, most staff really LOVED kids - especially the little ones.
Breakfast included for stays.
"5 restaurants" on site.
Wiked Walu - adults only. Dinner only. Must book in advance. It's good.
Japanese restaurant- should book in advance. Dinner only. This was THE BEST restaurant onsite on our opinion.
Italian restaurant - should book in advance for dinner. It was okay! Others LOVED it.
Happy hour: changes to different bars at different times of day. (Very confusing)
We found it to be more expensive than we anticipated; more isolated than we thought too, but we had to adjust our expectations for our 5 night stay.
Fiji time is a thing - for service everywhere, even when being friendly and patient (which I usually have in abundance, but was stretched thin at times with service here and opted for room service a few times which was quicker).
Glass bottom boat tour leaves from resort to local reef. Good if you've not seen much, pass if you've high expectations. Our LO loved it (about 1hr).
Village tour and waterfall. Take $$$ for souvenir/s. Walk approx 40mins through river beds. Moderate level of fitness required. You can hire a horse for $50FJD.
*PLEASE ENSURE THE HORSE IS A GOOD SIZE FOR YOU*

Warwick Fiji is a nice resort and the room was correct. But "VIP Access" didn't bring any benefit.
Our room was a standard room with a view on the parking lot and very close to the generator which prooved very noisy when the power went out.

Hi as I had researched a deluxe room offered access to their executive lounge however on arrival this wasn’t so even though on the app it was advertised as a deluxe Room (in Warwick website it included the lounge access). Disappointed as I opted to pay more thinking I might receive that benefit.

It was a bit dated and very far from the airport.
We got it at a special rate, normal rates would have been too much for what the hotel provided.

Turned up to find reception had no record of our booking. Turns out their system registered under different booking details and not the original booking.
Was turned away and told there was no room available or booked under this reference. gave no other references or booking details. Very poorly managed and disorganised at reception.
Wasted hours and countless phone calls trying to rectify their mistake

The resort is located in a stunning location on the beachfront with beautifully maintained grounds and a thoughtful design that allows for mutiple waterfront dining options. The resort is however not 5 star, its service represents that of a 3 star.
The rooms are tired and adorned with cheap fittings and fixtures you would expect in a 3 star hotel. Additionally, no mini bar, bath robes, slippers, hand towels, face washers, bottled water (neither free or for sale). The rooms are serviced daily but not to a high standard. Things were forgotten during every service on every day. The used glassware was simply rinsed out using the tap water we are trying to avoid drinkig and left dripping wet on the sink. The shower in our room flooded the whole bathroom every time we used it due to poor tiling.
The thing we found the most dissappinting was the quality of food and general food safety standards. We have stayed in Fiji numerous times at other properties and this was unfortunately our worst experience in terms of food quality. There is also a lack of access to botttled water and general snacks for kids between meals - even whole fruits which are non existant.
There are silly procedures that take away from the guest experience such as the towel ticketing system, the wrist band system, and the fact that when you order food at the pool bar you are told that you cant eat it at your pool chair. Why even have a menu there?
There is no poolside service at this resort.

Property had some greater sheltered bays for snorkelling and the room was pleasant. Kids all looked like they were having a blast so seems like a great place to bring the kids.
Food is very expensive, and theres a strange system were you have to book for dinner which seems to book out quickly. Tables areleft empty, yet staffrefuse ypu service which is frustrating when you dont book due to day trips making timing uncertain.
People have a practice of claiming sunbeds with unattended towels which would be good if the hotel stopped for fairness to all guests.

Great family friendly hotel, with kids club and games, pool. Staying with two children we shared a room with two double beds. It would have been nice to have the option of a queen or king for the two adults, with a double for the kids, the room size would fit this. Unfortunately two of the family got ill the last day with suspected food poisoning or similar. The kids club staff were always very friendly. The pool bar service was often slow at cocktails having to wait around 10 mins each time. Overall based on the price and facilities we were happy with our choice.

Love that there was pretty much everything you need in this property - love the private beach area the most! Went snorkelling/water sports almost everyday because of how clear the water was. So many fishes.
Also really had a great sleep and the room was so clean and quiet at night.
Didn't like how far the hotel is from everything/the city and hotel good is quite expensive, so that's a con. Day trips were also difficult as we had to wake up very early and return quite late, due to how far the hotel is from everything.
However, great experience overall!
