Hotel needs a renovation. Shower was chipping paint and the faucet was loose. Bathroom sink had rusted pipes exposed. Most likely wouldn’t stay again. Starbucks in lobby is nice though!

What I learned on during this latest stay was that I failed to state I did not want to being an adjoining room. Family with children occupied the room adjoining mine and they were loud. I had a very early flight the next day so I asked to be moved. The front desk agent was not accommodating and quite short with me. Eventually my request was granted and I was able to change rooms. What I learned for future stays is to ask for the floor that flight crews stay on so it is quiet.

Ask was good except parking, it’s not very easy parking to check in, had do drive around a few to wait for an opening and then later your garage gate kept malfunctioning so I would have to walk all the way to the front desk to ask them to have someone look at it so we could leave. Also it’s not nice to make guests pay for parking, I think that should be included. Well it’s the way you do your stuff I was just surprised because we rent rooms in many states this was new to us

Great front desk welcome although noisy as a party at the bar area. Beds comfy but could hear a lot around 4am - so a bit noisy - VERY clean and comfy room. Great area - still trying to get with clerk on fees I had added that dont match bill.

Hotel was really nice. Rooms were very clean with super comfortable beds. Has an awesome lobby with a bar, store, Starbucks, and restaurant. We were in town for the Billie Eilish concert so it was insanely busy and packed but everything was organized very nicely. The staff, especially Brenda, were amazing!

We stayed because we were going to a concert at CHI Health Center and it was so convenient!

The rooms were nice/fine. We ate at the hotel and the food was very good- the restaurant dining area and bar were quite understaffed and took longer than normal to get food, drinks and service, but the people that were working were doing their absolute best. The lobby and bar there were very nice as well. The location is very convenient since it is right across the street from the CHI Center.
Getting our room was a little frustraging. We arrived after the stated check in time and were told that our room was being cleaned and needed to be inspected and it wasn't ready, but would be 'soon', which was pretty frustraing because we had dinner reseervations and needed to get ready. Took nearly an hour for them to call us and say it was ready. The check in staff was very friendly and professional, however.
We attended a concert and after the concert, the lines to the elevators were VERY long. I would have gladly used the stairs, but was told that wasn't an option for some reason. It took over 20 minutes just to get into the elevator to get to our room, which I find ridiculous since there are obviously stairs.

we arrived at 330 since check in time was at 300. we live 2 hours away and planned on getting ready for the concert that was next door. when we arrived, we parked into the parking garage which the parking spaces are small for the little compact cars. Iowans usually drive trucks or SUVs so the parking spots were very small and limited. some trucks took 2 parking spots, which the trucks were so big. the check in line was so long. only 2 people at the check in counter. it was from the counter around the bar area to the lobby out to the hall to the garage area. it took 3 hours to get checked into our hotel room. Our room wasn't even ready, yet I had the mobile app for the keyless entry which was not working. we got to the room by 645 with the line for the elevators. and the concert started at 7. able to get ready within 5 minutes and took half hour to get into elevator to go down. with the rest of the guests at the hotel we had to wait in line to get into the concert. the hotel experience was horrible. was not able to enjoy especially at the price they charged. I will not spend money at another Hilton again. very disappointed with my stay there

The line for check in was very long and we waited for at least 30 minutes to check in. Someone had dropped some beverages in the lobby and it was very sticky and messy and instead of cleaning it up the just put a wet floor sign out.

The hotel itself was fine. It got the rating because they don't take cash as an option in the bar. Not, ok. I cannot condone or recommend any business that has policies that take away freedom and consumer choice. Also, not huge, but very few channels on the TV.

I had booked a room with a king bed and a pretty view. Ended up with 2 queen beds and a terrible rooftop view. Very disappointed.
