Great location, clean, checkin service very professional and friendly. Checkout was easy, however, the checkout girl was on her phone and seemed bothered that she had to help us. Took her about 15 seconds, no smile, no thank you, just poor behavior for a front desk person. Bed was super comfortable and pillows were amazing. We will definitely return.

The rooms were freezing. My mom and I stayed in separate rooms on the same floor. There was a sign in the elevator saying if your room is cold call the desk. We did 3 times and our rooms were freezing still. On the last call they told us our rooms were 70 degrees and there was no way. We were so cold our feet were freezing and felt burning when we tried to warm them with hot water and microwaved towels. I looked for extra blankets in our rooms but just found old hamburger buns in my closet. One of the coldest nights of our lives and we paid for it. Don't stay here there is no help when the room isn't alright.

That staff was truly amazing but the bed was so uncomfortable

Clean room and excellent breakfast

The room was very spacious and worked out well for our family. The shower needed to be touched up. All the sealant where the wall meets the floor was nasty or falling apart.. There wasnt enough space for my family to site during breakfast and with kids they cant sit on the couch they had, so we ended up having to go back to our room which was fine but again one 1 chair so it made it a little difficult for the kids but we managed.

Very pleasantly surprised. Had a one night layover before traveling to Iowa. Mostly chose due to proximity to Proof(best whiskey bar around!) Hotel was very nice: quick shuttle and check in, very clean and quiet, very good bed, more amenities than I needed. Will stay here again

We loved the room and the 2 room layout. We were in a suite with a kitchen which was very spacious.
However, the car traffic - particulary late night RACING - on Dodge street was annoying and disturbed what should have been a peaceful night's rest. We don't expect the staff/management can do anything about that but other travelers should be aware.
The room safe was broken and we had difficulty getting how water from the bathroom sink.
Also, the desk staff was not unkind but not as 'hospitable' as we've come to expect in the hospitality industry.

Parts of nice plaza area. Love the kitchenette and the rooms were small but comfortable. A lot of street noise on Dodge. Excellent breakfast. Could have better security features - installing a card reader on elevator would be good.

Lower pet fees than other properties at $30 a night for two dogs instead of $50 per pet per night at others. Parking is an additional $15 per night. Great stay, clean and great breakfast!

This was our second stay at Element and I was disappointed. The room felt dirty with obvious smears on the closet door and mold on the chalk in the shower. Shower door was hard to open and close. Luckily, it was a convenient location for our visit to Omaha.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Their gym facilities were great! We were close to downtown. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very delicious.

It was great. Me and my partner checked in with zero problems and the desk ladies were very nice. Good clean bed and room. Overslept for the breakfast though 😆. Overall what we've seen and experienced, it was great. Definitely coming back on our next trip to omaha

A little run down but still a good hotel. There was a tornado when we stayed so it wasn’t much fun.

Totally satisfied with our over night stay. So happy with the staff, all the amenities were awesome. The wife and I are looking forward to another stay, when we have a little more time to stay longer. Maybe our anniversary in December. Or even a brief stay in October. Either way we are looking forward to another stay.

I booked a suite with 1 bedroom and a pull out couch for my 2 children. The children were an extra charge. The bed was not made for them and we were given our linens which were sparse to make the own pull out couch. Based on the receipt from the hotel, it seems like it is possible they had no idea of the booking requests for 4 persons. There was also no one at the check in desk for about 10 minutes on arrival with 2 other groups already waiting. It seemed like the staffing was not enough for the hotel.

No problems, everything was great. Excellent location to visit the jazz in the park on Thursday nights in the summer. Easy walk to restaurants and they have an airport and local shuttle service.

Very clean and modern hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the staff was very nice and professional. The breakfast is so delicious as well. Shout out to Joe at the front desk. He made us feel welcome, answered all our questions about the hotel and the area and was genuinely happy to help us.

This place was very nice! The room was clean and modern. Parking was convenient. It’s a parking garage and costs daily with the Hotel. It was affordable though!

All the staff at Element Omaha Midtown Crossing was excellent. I do have to give a special shout out to the staff working the complimentary breakfast buffet schedule. they went out of their way to accommodate a special request from my mom and they were all smiles and super friendly. Looking forward to staying there again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, a little bit noisy late night, but the thing I was kind of upset “
: airport shuttle! Just between 11AM to 10 or 11PM . So, early flights, get your Uber or Lyft reservation 🙄😒

Understaffed. Property quickly deteriorating with what appears to be minimal maintenance and cleaning.

Air conditioning in room wouldn’t get cold and bathroom counters were dirty. Coffee machine didn’t work and was missing its basket. Attempted to get refund as I only stayed one night and left for another hotel that didn’t have issues. Facility refused to issue refund after terrible experience. I had booked 3 nights and only stayed 1

Property was very boring and sterile decor. Carpet was disgusting. Towels and linens low quality. Several things in the room in disrepair. This was all after they were unable to provide the accommodations that were booked. They kept making excuses and passing the buck. They actually said that you should only book through the hotel website if you expect to get what you expected.

Not bad, not great. Priced above it’s value.

It was a nice hotel, paying $15 a night for parking seemed a little much, but overall good. Nice to be able to walk down the hill with several dining options
