So first of all I'd just like to say that the woman at the desk was helpful and friendly. She moved me into a non-smoking room when I had accidentally booked a smoking room and she was good with customer service. But besides that, not good. When I book a cheap motel in Canada and most parts of the US I expect it to be kind of ugly and to run into some dishevelled guests. In this case there was a lot of questionable milling about and there was a roach crawling right across the floor when I came in. I returned the key and went somewhere else. I will try to get a refund. I Googled the place and found old reviews about bedbugs. I would have been willing to disregard the old reviews if not for the roach.

I book for a price and non smoking 🚭 at check in the price went up and i was told i book smoking section which i clearly didnt at 1 am i clearly could see a intruder wondering about the property felt very unsafe would never book this place again basically i felt undone by this practice at check in

We didn't have cups to drink the whole 5 days we were there. Housekeeping didn't supply any. Neither did the front office . It was hot , had ice but no cups. Also low water pressure at sink. Room 135. Bathroom was fine. Staff was nice.

Many issue with the room and not just one or two. Main door wasn’t locking Tap was broken Washroom not clean Entire room bad smell Very small pillows Stains on bed spread Coming to services, it was worst Asked us to pay extra for refrigerator and microwave oven, neither water no coffee provided

The overall room itself was ok. However we asked for a non-smoking room and they gave us a smoking room anyway. When I asked the lady at the front desk if we could switch rooms she told me that there was nothing she could do, because she "just assigns the rooms". The smell of cigarettes was so bad I was getting headaches every time I came back into the rooms and when I left all of my clothes reeked of cigarettes.
