Agradable pero por mejorar

El desayuno, la limpieza, el precio con relación al servicio, parking gratuito, piscina limpia, tener lavandería accesible. Cerca a Washington DC

Poca agua en las duchas , televisión muy pequeño , poca luz en los bombillos de la Habitación, y la piscina debería abrir mas temprano para aprovechar la mañana.

Für einen Städtetrip nach D.C. super

Zimmer sehr groß, Lage super, Busstation direkt vor der Tür, freundliches Personal, für amerikanische Verhältnisse ein super Frühstück

Unser Bad hatte gefühlt die Größe eines Kleinerschrankes, die Dusche war nicht sehr ansprechend. Die Polstermöbel waren schon sehr durchgesessen

Breakfast was good, Room was smelly and carpet has stain.

The staff that checked us in did not allow us to check in though we requested early check in at the time of booking, and we arrive just with in one hour of their check in time. She also did not bother to mention about the trolley, as we dragged our suitcases to the rooms located away from the reception building. No cleaning or change of linen (not even toilet towels) was done. There was a cockroach entered in to the bathroom. Wondering why hotels doesn't provide a curtesy purified drinking water dispenser (as a basic human right for free air and water) as much as they provide an ice dispensing machine.

Good price... Good bus route... Breakfast was very nice

Room was clean yet dusty.. There was a plumbing issue with one of the sinks which was not rectified though reported to front desk staff on the first night... Telephone receiver in the room had no telephone cord which was not rectified though reported to front desk staff on the first night Whilst things were reported on the first night, there was no effort to rectify or pacify the situation... Just told they would be resolved the next day (which they weren't)

You get what you pay for

Not much to like really. Long story short YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. One thing though the toilet was exceptionally ckean

As soon as I entered the room I spotted a cobweb in the corner over my bed. The wall paper is utterly depressing. There was what appeared to be blood stains on the mattress..

the lady that worked night shift was very pleasant and helpfull

the facilities were not as avdertised. it was more of a motel than a hotel., The door to the room was outside. The locks on the door didnt seem secure. It wasnt like the pictures. It was very small, not enough room for 3 people. I dodnt feel safe at this facility.

location and breakfast is good but not worth staying.

The location was good. breakfast was good.

value for money was bad. we paid 146 euro and it was not worth it. no stopper for the bath to take a bath. bathroom was not clean and the room was dirty. the bed was not dirty. the lamp was broken and did not turned on and off. really annoying.

Superb

So much better than I what expected for such a price! The motel space is very open and comfortable. The room is clean and the size is decent. We have breakfast buffet every morning and the staff did a great job at keeping our room clean. This is the first time my family visit the States and they love this space. Will come back!

I like to stay the hotel pentagon, because not to far from airport .

very quiet , peaceful and staffed very nice and kind 😊

Overall nice place and convenient location

The beds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast food and area were nice and well kept. The housekeepers were friendly and do a good job.

The room was somewhat dated and had water damage in the bathroom. Also, having Keurig in the room is nice but there should be coffee in the breakfast area too.

HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY!

property is motel type.

The staff was very rude. A man at the front desk wanted to charge us $50 in cash to check in. most likely to pocket. They towed our rental car the first night we were there after getting are vehicles information at check in.

It was alright

I suppose it was alright for the price. Quite worn down but overall decent. Stayed there for katsucon and it was doable.

Our main issue was that our key cards were gamble. First two days we had to go to reception every day to get them working untill different member of staff made them accessible. Lights in the room aren't all that good, as there are two tabletop lamps and that's it. Not gonna lie, I was cold most evenings. It's bit noisy but that can be forgiven Over all, not the worst stay I had, not memorable one either.
