This has been one of my regular hotels for the past 5 years. I have always found it a higher end hotel for the price. A bonus is that it has a Denny's and Chop restaurant attached. Unfortunately the walls are showing long scrapes and the carpet in some halls are showing wear and tear, but still great for value for the money.

They were non responsive despite numerous attempts to reschedule my stay as there was a winter storm with freezing rain. Very disappointed to pay for a night when winter weather impacted travel

We booked a Grand King Suite. We were on the side of the Hotel facing the QEW highway. The noise from the highway was quite loud in the room. The windows didn't lock the noise. We couldn't sleep for the noise. We asked to be moved, so we ended up in a standard double queen room on the opposite side of the Hotel. The window in this room was just above the roof of an adjoining part of the hotel and there were at least 20 HVAC units on the roof outside our window which the droning noise was quite loud in our room. Their were stains on the hall carpet noticeable on our walk to the elevators. An average hotel otherwise. Nothing special. we had booked 2 nights, and even though it was non-refundable, we didn't stay the second night.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Would suggest that the policy regarding food vouchers be clarified and possibly reconsidered. Primary observation is that rooms are quite dated.

The stay was very relaxing and comfortable, the hotel does a great job of cleaning, very good location for shopping and very close to the Highway, the thing that we liked most was, the fact that you needed a keycard to access almost everything, like your room, the card was also needed to enter your hotel floor on the elevator, we really liked that extra security measure.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub, which to my dismay was grungy, slimey and none of the jets worked.

Starting to notice some wear and tear. The carpets by the room doors look sad. My shower had a crack in the tiles and the carpet between bedroom and bathroom was starting to fray

Come here when in town for business. Close to Go Train to get in and out of Toronto. Reasonably priced! Clean

Clean and comfortable, although on first night another guest tried to enter our room late at night. Not sure if it was their mistake or the hotel’s but nothing negative came of it.

Sink had hair in it still and a couple of the towels had marks on them and the toilet wasn’t very clean either.

Only complaint was the amount of kids running and screaming in the hallways.

The hotel had extremely friendly staff, very nice rooms, and amenities. I wish the rooms were provided with water rather than going to the lobby to ask the front desk for water or purchase from the store ($2 for a regular water bottle). Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I had a great time!

It was a lovely property, and the staff were also extremely friendly! I wish the rooms came with water instead of having to ask the front desk or purchase from their shop, ($2 for a regular water bottle). However, it was a great stay overall.

They promised a $15 “food and beverage” voucher.
When i got there i was told their “policy was that it could not be used for alcoholic beverages. i pointed out that this was not what the advert said.
No apology.
I was told their marketing department and the site GM would call. Neither did.
