We loved everyone working there, from check in until leaving. Matthew and Judith have a wonderful restaurant, and Anya, Tina, Fatima and Esther took great care of us. Natalia at the front desk went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We loved this place!

The hotel was creepy…..so we could not open the windows or doors… there was no AC which made it almost impossible to sleep at night.

Great spot, right by a golf course and under a cliff. I think in the spring and summer it will be a great place for a family stay. Good value for the money.

The hotel is nice, the room was spacious and comfortable. It’s a 2 minute walk to the Tamina Therme and you can get t discounted tickets at the hotel which lets you in directly without waiting in line. The food at the hotel is really good, especially breakfast. For dinner we had to wait even though we had a reservation and the service was slow, but they were very nice about it and offer us some freebies. The service was very friendly.

Nice hotel with an excellent price/quality ratio. Good breakfast. Room not too big but sufficient. Very poor wi-fi signal in the room, this can’t even happen in 2023.
Globally a very good option for the Bad Ragaz area.

Very overpriced room in the annex, most rooms of this quality cost 90-100CHF. The restaurant at dinner only offered a buffet for 52CHF - as I didn’t eat the meat’s offered (limited) it left me with soup and salad fir that price or a long walk to and from town as the buses don’t run late.
Extremely disappointing after other Schloss hotels I have stayed at .
I arrived at 2pm and was told I could not check in till 3pm - I was aware of this but many hotels will check you in early if the room is ready.
Not a friendly feeling at this hotel other than at breakfast which was good.
Would not recommend this hotel is you want other than a very ordinary experience - nothing special here, including the price.

Front picture very misleading since it’s shows a spa that you pay 50 euro for located in a different hotel . Breakfast average

Very unique hotel, but i have to struggling with insects (like bee, flies and spider). My 2nd room was having electric black out and cold room. The reception told us to wait until 7:30am to fix it. My parents were very disappointed and decided to check out the next day

Nice overall experience.
Popular among couples and elder travellers, therefore Me as an alone travelling guest did not feel myself as welcome as other guests by the receptionist.
However,
Location is wonderful, easy access by public transport and hiking trails are reachable in couple minutes by foot. Perfect for golfers and the Wellness-Oasis is nice for relaxation. Restaurant was cozy and the food was delicious - very Swiss but delicious! A glass if wine in the Castle-garden with views to the mountains is a perfect way to and the day!

In general a quite good place, the relation price/quality is definitely overrated although we cannot forget that Bad Ragaz is a quite exquisite destination. The staff quite friendly and attentive.

Very cosy nice place. Very good service, very clean and good breakfast. Only i was bit disapointed on the begining that i order room in the castle and we got room in the pavilon pretty far away from castle. And that should be mentioned that rooms in the castle are only single or double. Otherwise room in pavilon was really nice, stuff in the hotel let me visit castle and rooms there too. I ll recommend this place
