Stayed here with one kiddo and dog. Place is clean, no weird smells, has easy access to pool, hot tub, fitness room, dog relief area and is centrally located within Lincoln City. Room sizes were great, bed was comfortable, and rooms had higher ceilings making it seem larger. The hot breakfast options were good and the staff was incredibly warm and friendly each and every time we saw them. For a place that is priced will, allows pets and kids it was also pleasantly quiet.

The workers there were very nice. The room was comfortable. I didn't like the fact that there was no bar of soap or shampoo. It wasn't until I went to wash my hands when I couldn't find a bar of soap to wash them that I found the dispenser in the shower. I used body wash to wash my hands. Then the next day I tried the body wash and shampoo and I couldn't hardly get any lather in my hair to wash it. I used my own bar of soap and shampoo. I have never stayed in a motel that had dispensers in the shower and at the sink. I'm sure they were doing that just to save a buck. Who knows what are in those dispensers. Then the first morning my breakfast was cold and my coffee was hot. The second morning my Breakfast was hot and the coffee in the insulated pump container was cold. Made me wonder how long it had been in the container. Those containers usually keep coffee and other hot liquids, hot for several hours. If it wasn't for those problems I would have given you a 5 star rating.

We use this hotel for events when we arent coming to just enjoy the beach. As there are no views or ocean sounds its not for lounging and soaking in the ocean but the service has always been very friendly. They allow dogs which is a plus and their pool and hot tub are nice. Weve had issues with fridge freezer and beds are very squishy/bouncy but manageable. Biggest complaint would be no table to use for eating. We had to use the office chair to set things on near the love seat in order to eat together.

The clerk at check in wasn’t much help. When asked what there was to do in the Lincoln City area, he replied there really isn’t much of anything. Definitely not a resounding endorsement. No smile, and seemed a bit put out in general.

Room was ok clean in the closet was left over napkins and sugar packets there was gu king stuff around toilet seat hinge couch was very dirty wrung crumbs under coushions breakfast room small and had someone getting the hot food for u which took extra time versus most motels it’s open to everyone

Fine hotel for the most part. Needs some updating. The room we were in had a fridge that needed replacing, door seal was broken , so the freezer part was iced shut due to condensation. I wish for better pillows, we got a few half pillows for the two beds, i dont understand why there arent full sized pillows. We had to go get more from the store since they didnt give us any more. Shower had good heat but no pressure. Sofa in the room looked...and smelled like it was from the 70s (faded orange color). Overall i will go there again when im in town if the price is right, but it does need some updating to be great.

Great place to stay! the beds were comfortable and the room was mostly clean. I love that there was no carpet. However the floor could use a good mopping on them. Our feet had black on them just walking around barefoot.

This is a good value stay, family friendly. The place is clean and service is friendly and attentive. Beds are pretty comfortable, and I liked that the window can open for fresh air. The indoor pool is nice for the kids and hot tub too. And there is an actual breakfast included. The location is super convenient, just a few blocks from the beach and right on the 101. Minor criticism is that the place is in need of a little bit of maintenance here and there. For example, our door didn’t close automatically like hotel room doors should.

My experience was EXCELLENT. The staff was warm and welcoming. Jaquie -- I believe that's how she spells it -- was lovely when checking us in and more than accommodating. Our dogs were even welcomed. The facility itself was very clean, cookies upon arrival were a nice touch, breakfast in the morning was lovely, pool area was great and I was not expecting a salt water pool. Room was comfortable and on the third floor it only took a few moments for the water in the shower to turn hot. I could not hear other guests unless they were right outside my door from my room. I will choose the Ashley Inn for my future stays in Lincoln City.
