Usually I don’t give bad reviews, and I travel quite a bit… the room is quite dirty and run over. The lobby has the wood floor destroyed by a flood. The bed is soft and comfortable but there is carpeting all over the room and it is dirty and stained. I had allergy all the time and had to take medication due to the mold in the shower. There was a leak from the toilet and it could be clearly seen… anyways, quite disappointed. Room 2905. Stayed 19-22 Sept. Hope you improve these areas.

I extended my stay 1 night in order to Check Out on Monday. On Sunday early morning (8AM) I notified Front Desk and asked for room cleaning prior 12PM. My extension was not registered and house keeping arrived to my room at 1PM.

Great hotel and great employees. Cleaning ok. Amenities ok but little bottles with shampoo and conditioner, etc., no very good. They are hard to use. You have to smash the bottle against something for them to flow.

The hotel is very nice, and right where you want to be. There are great shopping and resturants right next door and across the street.

Great quality hotel; Mexican-owned hotel luxury chain, so it has a local flavor. Amazing showers and food. Some of the room upholstery and carpets appeared a little dated, but it did not bother me much. A+ friendly service.

This hotel has done a great job recruiting staff, always excellent service since the minute you arrive. Hilario, Sergio , Paulo, Alfonso always very attentive take time to greet you and are very attentive to my needs and go above and beyond to help all guest. Jaime from restaurant also went out of his way to make sure we had an enjoyable breakfast. The reason I continue returning to this hotel is the excellent service from the people I mentioned above.
