Check in was quick and easy. Room was really spacious with a huge bed. Very clean and breakfast had a great selection. Absolutely delighted with our stay and will be back.

It is One of the best stays Beat Disneyland and Paris. Very friendly to children but also a Place to relax without😁 Breakfast is really good. Big rooms, quiet, safe, and a very nice staff. I was welcomed from the Heart, everybody hd a smile. Hospitality on a very high and sincere Level.

Overall this hotel fits the bill for a visit to Disneyland but a few improvements to the building and reception service would provide a better customer experience. The hotel plumbing needs an update. Room 142 is a bit tired looking. It had running water in the toilet and during the early hours, a constant droning noise came from the bathroom. Also, the air con wasn’t working. I went to reception at 5.15am and requested room change which was provided but immediate check out from 142 was insisted upon by reception staff when I asked if we could complete this in a couple of hours time to get some sleep. They were adamant that the room would be cleaned in the next 2 hours before 7.30am so we had to pack up all our belongings that we had unpacked and vacate at 5.30am. In room 345, the TV kept turning on by itself after being switched off and the toilet would not flush. The toilet was rectified quickly whilst we had breakfast at 7.45am. There were no apologies offered by the reception staff for the inconveniences, The bar staff are excellent. All very friendly and very good service with particular mention to Jagath. Hotel is in a great location, approximately 10 mins away from Disneyland. The shuttle service to and from Disneyland is also excellent.

Good bits: Very handy for Disney, free shuttle bus from train station/Disney every 30 mins, good value, impressive breakfast buffet, nice well equipped room. Less good bits: shuttle bus overwhelmed at park closing, breakfast can’t keep up with the volume of guests at weekends

The bed was very comfortable. However, breakfast was awful. Lack of amenities in the room (no shower gel or soap etc.) and the shower was genuinely the worst I have used in a hotel. Housekeeping took the towels that we used and only replaced one (we would have happily used them again as they were hung up) and no toilet roll provided, although this was promptly delivered when asked for. Shuttle to Disneyland was brilliant but drinks in the bar were very expensive.
