The Cove Lakeside Resort offers 70 accommodations with washers/dryers and safes. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Pillowtop beds feature premium bedding. Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access (speed: 50+ Mbps).

Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations with deep soaking bathtubs, bathrobes, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Business-friendly amenities include phones along with free local calls (restrictions may apply). Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and irons/ironing boards.

Easy access to beaches, pools, hot tub abit small but didnt use in hot weather anyway. I like they had a theater room we could watch movies, but didnt like that we couldnt control volume of speakers which was very loud. Has a nice lounge but abit pricey but we were close to many eateries and close to shopping centers as well we had a stove to cook. Love that theres a washer and dryer insuite and each bedroom has its own washroom ensuite. Great to have balconies to sit outside and enjoy the views of lakes and mountains while enjoying a glass of wine.

For the price we paid, we expected more (cleanliness, higher end finishes (pillow top beds) and comfortable furniture. The beds were so hard we really struggled to sleep at night. Whatever side we were sleeping on would go numb within a few minutes. The floor was so dirty we had to stop and wash our feet several times a day, because they were black from walking on the floors. The deck didn't have a lounger on it, so the only way to see the lake view while on the deck was to stand. The upright chairs on the deck put the metal bar right at eye level, obscuring the view of the lake. I had hoped to spend a lot of time on the deck. The warm pool was really enjoyable and the view of the lake and surrounding area was very pretty.

The property is beautiful, however the restaurant isn’t open until 12 every day ( weekends at 11). If you haven’t rented a car it’s expensive to Uber/uride/cab- also sometimes difficult to get a Uber,uride or cab from this property. Check In wasn’t until 5pm and checkout was at 10am. It feels like an entire day wasted with that late of a check in and early of a checkout. There are no coffee places open or anywhere to eat after you checkout. The restaurant is awful ! Minimal choices and the food was terrible. Would not recommend at all. The snack bar at the pool is only open for a short time and the girl kept leaving. You can only buy chips and pop and most of the options were sold out. Beautiful area, pool and clean nice rooms but not worth the price at all ! They have awards at the front of the hotel for best Kelowna hotels and I wonder how the heck did they receive them. Do not waste your money on this hotel.

We checked in for two nights. We had no hot water or heat in our room. We called the front desk immediately to have this resolved. They were not able to send anybody for the heat all night And they told us they were unable to accommodate a different room as the hotel was sold out (which we found out the next morning was not true). At the same time, they would not refund our money. As we checked in late in the night, We had no choice but to keep the room for the first night. Regarding the shower: concierge told us to leave the shower on for 10 minutes and the water will get hot. The shower was lukewarm at best which was an improvement from icy cold. The next morning, the staff at concierge were still unable to help us. We asked about the temperature in shower and they told us we can use the pool if we were looking for hot water. This is completely unacceptable. After waiting over one hour and refusing to leave without a resolution, Concierge was able to get us into a different room room for the purpose of showering. They would not allow us to move into the alternative room. Instead, we had to wait the entire day before the heat was resolved. We did not get our room back until almost 6 PM As we were unable to enter into the room while maintenance was working on the issue. Do yourself a favour and book the Delta instead. You will not regret it.

We stayed here for five nights in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with a family of four and a small dog. The property is absolutely beautiful and well kept. My kids really enjoyed the pool area and the waterslide. The view from our room was lovely and we spent a lot of time on our balcony enjoying the warm weather. The room itself was very spacious and well-appointed. We loved having a full kitchen to prepare most of our meals which eliminated the need to eat out constantly. The restaurant downstairs had delicious food and we went there more than once. The resort is conveniently located by many wineries and local shopping for groceries, etc. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Property was wonderful as were staff. Only issue Was with the rates that are asked as well as daily resort fees the renting of paddle boards and kayaks should be included. Most other places/resorts we have stayed in, always include the renting of these amenities.

If I will be honest... Starting with the booking, it was quite difficult to be talking to them because they do not take notes. I will have to call few many times to make sure everything is smooth when we check in, considering we booked 3 (2bedroom) rooms... As for the inside of the suite I've seen molds in some bowls in the cabinet, some plates and pots and pans were not washed properly you can see the residue of the foods that was cooked there. The carpet was so dirty and needs cleaning. The sofa needs to be cleaned too.. It was too sticky... We used some sheets to cover we were grossed out by it. The whole unit needs a good upgrade and cleaning!!! The Coffee machine was not working for almost 2 days until we demanded to replace it because no one pays attention to it. Asked us to keep on rebooting it while it need a replacement. The only good thing here is the location (close to everything) and the pool which our kids enjoyed full day of our 2nd day. The staff needs improvement. Some are ok and smilling.

The resort had very poor customer service. I was charged additional fees without any explanation or disclosure. The management was also very poor. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this resort. Our vacation was ruined by this very negative experience.
