Location is great for the cable car, and reception staff are really friendly.
However, we were really uncomfortable during our stay and it was a dreary experience:
- Rock hard beds
- Low watt, cold-white lightbulbs were really depressing choice, giving the room a very grey and dingy feel.
- WiFi didn't work.
- Our "balcony" was just the public corridor with a table and chairs piled up for occasional use.
Looked like some rooms were better than ours though - e.g. better lighting, better views, and private balconies. So we may have just been very unlucky. (Although the awful mattresses alone would be enough to stop us returning - regardless of lighting etc.)
We booked a "Delux Comfort" room - is was very far being either.

Good place, we had a beautiful view from appt A5-7.
It is a bit concerning that there is only one elevator for the entire A building during peak time you have to wait

The location across from the télécabine for skiing, hiking, etc., the booking and check-in process were a good start. The staff was friendly, an extensive booklet with useful information was provided. After that, it went downhill. The place isn’t a hotel but a kind appartement in the mountains kind of thing. The walls and general condition are bad, the room didn’t have a bed(!) but you had to convert the sofa into two beds. The room wasn’t heated when we go in (later after skiiing) and it took forever getting warm. The shower only had a small soap (bring your shampoo). You had the sheets to make your own bed and have to undo the sheets and towels, take out the garbage to avoid a 40€ extra fee. The bed which is not a bed wasn’t comfortable. The tv didn’t work. Basically, you have to do everything yourself. Bring your toolbox just in case. Avoid it!

The hotel is very convenient for skiing, being immediately across the street from the telecabine. It’s centrally located so exploring the town is also easy. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and some other bits of equipment are available upon request from the reception.

Location is perfect for skiing as it is just opposite the ski lift.
Be aware that reception is only open during limited hours though.

Apartment was clean and spacious and staff very nice. Great location for hiking and exploring. Kitchen stocked with dishes but no dish soap. Parking garage was scary- dark and empty and I would not go to get my car alone.
