Lovely room, very clean and comfortable, nice view of the lake, bathroom needs updating a little but the rest of the hotel was great. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly.

I initially thought it was a little pricey for a 3 star but the staff were warm and caring, the breakfast was excellent, the location superb, and the rooms were well set up despite being a little on the small side. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as beaches and promenade/shopping. We had 2 rooms for our family of 5 with views overlooking the water which was stunning. I would stay there again.

We stayed here for one night whilst driving around Europe. Although the decor of the rooms would be considered "dated" the rooms were very clean and the public areas especially the breakfast area was lovely. The breakfast room overlooks the lake and has a fantastic selection for the breakfast. Lovely little hotel.

The location was excellent, the breakfast was great. I paid 50 euros less for the same room the second night when I booked directly at the hotel. The parking was in the back but there was easy access into the hotel which we discovered after we carried all the luggage around the block, so ask about it or they may not tell you in advance. Loved the hotel and I would come back.

Across from the Lake and close to bars, restaurants, and shopping. Easy access for around the lake.
Hotel Europa needs a translated map for parking. It is very confusing when you first arrive and need to unload baggage. There is no area to park and do that in front. No one knows to go thru the gate next to Santa restaurant, up the hill to the left and if parking lot is full, then where do u park??? The staff unfotunately could not clearly understand or communicate. Breakfast and staff were excellent! Housekeeping was good. Our view of the lake was nice. Bathroom shower is small, needs shelves for soap, shampoo, etc.

We stayed here because it was affordable and the reviews said the breakfast buffet was very good ~ even so, the continental breakfast still surpassed our expectations. The extras were amazing: delicious cakes, variety of croissants, even raw honeycomb, and bee pollen! We were offered a free glass of Prosecco each, and the service was top notch. All staff members were extremely helpful and friendly, also speaking good English.
We like to sleep in total darkness, and even at 9am the room was almost pitch black with the shutters closed. 👍
Location was perfect for us, right on the edge of the lake with a small convenience store about 100ft from the hotel where we were able to buy affordable drinks and snacks, which closes at 11pm.
My only advise for staying in this area is to bring insect repellent if you wish to spend the evening along the Lake edge, as there are lots of gnats/mosquitos - of course this is nothing to do with the hotel though!
Would absolutely stay here again, the free breakfast was definitely the best part.

Fabulous buffet breakfast! Friendly staff. Parking on arrival was challenging, but it worked out after three tries.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Great location. Paid extra for a lake view which was definitely worth the money. Hotel owner/staff were lovely and very helpful giving us advice on areas to go. Hired 2 bikes from the hotel which was a great way to see the local area. Would highly recommend this hotel

We only stayed one night and arrived late and it rained constantly until we left the next morning so can't really comment on what should have been a lovely area. Parking is a bit tricky behind the secure gate and a walk back with the cases but is OK. Room was good and clean. However the reason to stay here is the breakfast... it is great.

Lovely 4 star accommodation. Air-conditioning was adequate. Breakfast was amazing lots of choices. Fresh pastries each day and fresh honeycomb. Good choices for vegan and lactose free milks. Didnt book a room with a balcony but there was a large windows, with shutters and fly screen, which fully opened giving you a great view onto the lake. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The only thing we would add is a table and chairs would have been nice in the room.
