What expedia sold us was a standard room for 2 but when we got there we realised the room was quite small and only suitable for one occupant. However, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and moved us to a more suitable sized room for FREE. The hotel is much nicer than the photos portray and its location is excellent. Highly recommended!

This was our first time at Hotel Bellevue and Resort...the front desk staff was courteous and helpful with any questions...the room was clean and the cleaning staff was very good...the breakfast/dinner buffets were delicious with a wide assortment of choices...our waitress, Daniela, did an excellent job taking care of us...overall, our stay was wonderful and we look forward to visiting again...THANK YOU everyone!

We've been here the second time. The hotel is very clean and lovely. The pine trees, the pool, and the dune make for a very beautiful panorama. The sea is also just 1 minute away (across the dune) and there are free chairs/umbrellas for hotel guests.
I would say it's perfect for quiet couple vacation (also with small kids).
The reason why I gave a "low" room comfort rating is because a) the rooms are rather small, and b) because I really dislike the typical Italian "one thin sheet instead of a proper blanket" approach. Even when it's warm, I prefer a cozy and comfortable blanket over a sheet.
This is just a small dent though and overall, this is a clear recommendation and surely not the last time we've been there.

a bit aged Hotel, only slightly renovated but nice style of interior in the public spaces - with a good taste (one is in Italy).
situated close to the beach, having its own area there and offering a great breakfast buffet till 11 am :) as well as a relatively kind service from the staff this is where the good things about this Hotel end.
At the downside the rooms are very tight, which results in a bathroom and shower that does not allow enough space to even turn around. Furthermore it can happen that you are woken up in the morning by esoteric Music playing from the corridor and garden, like in a religious YMCA I stayed on a School trip 30 years ago. Dinner Food is made with a lot of effort, so do the waiters, but the result is more than poor - the Food tastes lousy and the serving and billing Ends up in a lot of confusion.
Combined with the prices that are charged for stay and board, the value for money ratio is bad.
if you still decide to stay in this Hotel, stay away from half board, rather go outside where you find some good Restaurants and Pizzerie (e.g. Apollo 2000)

It was written that it has an own beach just for guest which was our main criteria for booking since we were looking for some calm beach experience, but unfortunately they only provided deck chairs & umbrellas at a public beach where lots of people were (which is not a big problem actually, but it was just not what we have expected) - especially many thai women providing unhygienic massages. Please be careful in the water! There were lots of jellyfish around the beach as we walked around the water.
The hotel itself is a small but very cozy one with super friendly employees! We have booked a room with balcony and seaview (in the 3rd floor, but you could not really see the sea, but the pool and the other guests eating at the terrace). The best way to reach the hotel is by car since the area is a very small quiet place. Most of the guests were Russians with many children. The breakfast was rich with live cooking (pancakes, etc) outdoors and good coffee. BTW, you have to pay 5€ extra to have them change your beach-towels daily, so make sure to keep them clean if you plan to use them.

Just returned from a 10 day holiday at the Hotel Bellevue, what a great place to spend a holiday. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and bathroom amazing. Our room had a balcony overlooking the stunning gardens surrounded by pine trees, pool area was very clean and never had any trouble getting sunbeds. All the staff were very polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I have never seen so much choice for breakfast and was told that we could eat our breakfast at any area in the grounds we chose, they would even assist us carrying plates and cups too!!!! I would definitely return to the Bellevue again for another slice of "Italian heaven"

We arrived at Hotel Bellevue, it looked pretty with white plants up the stairs and surrounded by trees. Greeted by staff who checked if our room was ready and offered us a drink outside, very relaxing with smooth jazz background music. The reception staff kindly took our bags to our room - when we got into the room we were a bit shocked and disappointed. We had also been told we had been upgraded to a sea view room... The bedroom was very outdated and small but yet the bathroom was modern. We couldn't even see the sea, just the trees and the pool (which was still pretty). We asked if we could upgrade as it wasn't the photos we had seen in the brochure or online of modern bedrooms.. We were told that they were the executive rooms in the other building and would need to pay more to upgrade. We didn't upgrade but still had a pleasant stay at the hotel. There were quite a few families with young children/babies and also couples. This hotel is appropriate for a relaxing stay by the pool and beach. If you would like to explore you either need your own car or use public transport/taxis. My friend and I are in our 20's and were looking for a mix of relaxation and being able to go to restaurants and bars. We felt really far away from nightlife, would often use the bus to go out to the town and then get taxis back to the hotel. It seemed safe for us.

We booked the Bellevue hotel at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were very friendly and the hotel looks a lot better inside than outside. The rooms were comfortable and there was lots of sun lounger availability at the pool and on the beach. Breakfast was a little disappointing but there was lots of choice.
