Hard to write a review, because the parts of this hotel that are excellent are truly excellent, yet we unfortunately experienced some difficulties that have not been resolved. The glaring problem is our Land Rover was in Valet upon arrival and upon return 2 days later the motorized side mirrors were broken and didn’t work properly. We contacted the hotel immediately on our drive home realizing the damage and they said an outside company does their Valet and passed us to them. This outside company opened a claim with us and “investigated” themselves and sent us a short automated email saying because we didn’t notice the damage until we left the property that they were not liable! How ridiculous. You would think at a luxury Hotel they would take accountability for damage done to a customers vehicle while in their facility. We are so disappointed. No resolution was offered, no responsibility taken by Hotel Drover.
It is so difficult to write this review because Rest of the staff is excellent, the restaurant is delicious, managed well and the restaurant staff is attentive and went above and beyond. The front desk staff as well. The Christmas decorations are so festive and the family had blast exploring the beautiful property. Except now back home our Luxury Vehicle has damaged mirrors and the hotel Drover has done nothing to resolve this issue their Valet caused.

Property is very nice but service was not great. Valet let people go in front of us as we were waiting; check-in was chaotic and people were cutting in line. We were told we could check-in at 2:30 but room was still being cleaned. The lady said it would only be a few minutes and we would get a text. Text Bebe came and I had to go back 44 minutes later to remind them. Others who arrived later were already getting rooms .service should be better especially for the price of the room.

We were SO impressed with your staff! From Christine at check in, Michael who was our luggage valet, Mike at the restaurant bar or Haley at the bar last night. Everyone is trained, knowledgeable and seem to love their jobs. This was our fourth visit and we'll be back in December. We travel A LOT and your staff is better than anyone we have encountered at The Encore, The Michelangelo, The Four Seasons and that list goes on. Keep up the great work on everyone's part.

Top notch, beautiful hotel with superb service. Atmosphere was busy and social, the place to be. The food was exceptional. We loved everything about it! Will definitely be back!

My wife and I went here for our wedding anniversary. We couldn’t have imagined more special place to stay for such a special anniversary!

This hotel is really top notch. My only complaint and it is minor in the overall scheme of things is that the servers did not know which items on the menu could be adapted to vegan even though the hostess had assured us this was certainly no problem and to discuss it with our server. I’m not sure the server really knew what being vegan meant.

The property is beautiful but I believe it's overpriced. We have stayed in several hotels in Vegas with the same type decor and service that aren't priced as high. We were billed $30 for the use of the TV. Our room had a few small issues such as leaks and the carpet was stained however the staff was very kind and helpful.

I booked a King Deluxe room and checked in online prior to my arrival. When we arrived the front desk rep told me there were no Kings available, only Double Queens. We had no other offer presented to us and they did not price match the King Deluxe reservation so I was charged more for a room I didn’t book. The rep continued to tell us how much we will love the view from our room.
We get to our room and our view was a team of construction workers working on a renovations. We received a phone call shortly after we got into our room to see how our check in went. We explained that we didn’t get the room we booked. They said they would bring us a bottle of complimentary champagne right away. We did not receive the bottle until after 10 pm and the it was a bottle of wine, even though the card they left with it also stated champagne. I’m not upset about that, but it shows that they lack in the attention to detail area.
After texting for our car from the valet before we headed downstairs, the valet still hadn’t pulled up our car and were all just standing at their booth confused on which keys were for our car.
The only decent service we received here was from the pool servers. I had been wanting to stay here for so long, but now I will most likely not return.

Always 5 star service and accommodations! The grounds are fabulous, high-end but relaxed! We will continue to stay yearly for our event with the Texas Rodeo Cowboy Hall of Fame!

We love the Drover! It is conveniently located for all Stockyard events: shopping, rodeo events, dining, etc. We appreciate the option of valet parking or self-parking.

Our stay at the Drover Hotel was like no other. The staff was so pleasant and hospitable, and even went the extra mile to accommodate us on such a personal level. The area around the Drover is filled with such history and uniqueness that definitely is worth making a trip out of. We truly enjoyed our stay here and plan to come back in the future!

I don’t know where to begin. The hotel drove over was one of the most outstanding properties I’ve ever stayed at, and possibly the best in someways. From the minute, I turned my keys over to the valet until they handed them back to me. Everybody was on top of their game. The property is immaculate. It’s three years old but it appears to be brand new. I cannot wait to go back. This is a destination hotel. Make a note mistake about it.
