The Inn is a little out of the way of restaurants and quite a way from the Bergamo city and access to cabs. However Marta collected us from the airport and very kindly drove us back next morning for our flight. It is not far from the airport. The bed in our room was too soft for our liking, but could suit others. Breakfast was basic but sufficient.

We chose Bombyx Inn do to its proximity to the airport. But it turned out to be fantastic especially due to Marta, so kind, generous, dependable, literally going out of her way to pick us up from the train, ordering food and setting a cozy table, then the next morning after an early breakfast, driving us to the airport. A wonderful end to a lovely trip to Italy. We shall return and spend more time in Bergamo!

We thought the apartment is very clean and cozy. Everything is there. I had to shout out that Marta is extremely helpful and polite. She offered to pick us up from the airport, dropped us off at the train station and even ordered food for us (we didn't have car). She replied / accommodated our request even in the last minute. She is superb! We had good experience.

Convenient location if you want to stay outside Milan, but need a car to get around. Perfect for our overnight stay for Bergamo airport. The hotel check-in and check-out process was easy and Marta was very helpful with advice on visiting Bergamo city. The rooms were clean and very well equipped. Liked the in-room breakfast.

I sent one night because I had the flight early in the morning. Because we left the hotel at 6 a.m., they prepared us the breakfast in the evening before. It is very close to Bergamo downtown and highway 4, especially for somebody who want to use this location as a main base for daily different trips to Como, Milan or Venice.

We were flying out of Orli early in the morning so needed a hotel nearby to stopover for the preceding night. Being a family with two young ones we were struggling to find a suitable hotel. However Bombyx was ideal as we could rent an apartment. The rooms were very clean with good quality finish. The hotel receptionist was excellent pleasant. We were leaving too early for breakfast so she provided a packed breakfast to take with us. She also arranged a transfer in the morning. However the taxi didn't show up! So she sent her partner out to give us a lift. Ideal for a stopover for a family with an early flight.

Stopped off here en route from the airport to Milan. Despite the plane being over an hour late got picked up at the airport by Andre. We had a lovely duplex apartment for 4 - boys in an upstairs area and my wife and I in a separate room below. The place was brand new and spotless. Igor saw to our breakfast and took us to the train station. Both Igor and Andre were extremely helpful and friendly and are a credit to the hotel. An absolute bargain for what we paid. Unfortunately we did not have time to explore Bergamo and not sure if the location is best for doing this but would definitely like to try again.
