Really Enjoyed this Hostel, the room with a bed in the loft and a comfortable sofa bed was perfect for my son and I sharing the room. Nice roof top terrace area. The AC, TV, and Fridge all worked very well. Easy walk to the Capital building area and down to Old Havana and the Harbor. Several cool bars with food literally 50 yards away. The staff could not have been nicer, very helpful. Even helped me change a flat tire on my rental car. I would stay here again. Cal G.

I have stayed in 4-5 different locations in Old Havana of the course of numerous trips, and was on the lookout for a place to make my “regular spot”. After this trip, I have found it. The accommodations were very nice, the entire place is very clean and calm. The design aesthetic is beautiful. The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for a safe and secure feeling of where you are staying and well populated short distance walks to numerous food and drink options and self-guided tours.

Its an excelent option to stay in the middle of Old Havana, near important spots to visit. Weather conditions make streets a little bit dirty and wet, but property and room are clean and in great conditions. Staff incredibly great!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this property. When traveling in Cuba, I chose to stay in the heart of Old Havana. The property is located in the heart, and is surrounded by a very poor community. However, it was a perfect!! The people in the community were very kind and the employees at the hostal was phenomenal, especially Augustin and Joanna.

This is a lovely Casa Particular to stay in. They really care for you here and breakfast is excellent. The building is in good condition and the AC works well. You are walking distance from all the main sights in Havana, and it feels safe to walk round here. Downsides? as with all of Cuba the WIFI is a bit unreliable, and the mattress was not the most comfortable. HOWEVER - The pluses far outweigh any negatives so I recommend!

Positive: Good location in Old Havana. Big room. Nice decoration throughout. Negative: Shower was a dribble with no control over the temperature. Info: In reflexion, this hotel (its not a casa particular) is expensive and doesn't offer good value for money.

Do not be put off by the outside,inside is lovely and very clean. Very good breakfast and excellent service from Carlos and Joanna. This hotel was better than a so called 5 star hotel we stayed in in Varadero.

Very beautiful room with nice windows and balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole place was kept very clean. As expected the wifi was not great but it was sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was modest but also sufficient. The shower was the worst part of our stay. It was very very challenging to get “warm” water…very cold OR very hot (scalding) water was available. Also the water pressure in the shower was very very light (even compared to a typical light pressure in Europe).

This is a fabulous hotel. It's beautiful with some lovely extra touches. You don't need to think about staying here, book it! You won't regret it. Excellent standard, very clean & brilliant location. The roof terrace is a great spot to enjoy a drink & sunshine before heading out

All the staff were friendly, super helpful and efficient. Great breakfast provided. Ac was as cold as ice. Just a couple of short blocks from playa central and excellent salsa bars and bigger hotels where it’s is neat to eat later in the day

Our stay here was wonderful. The staff are excellent, extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us a lot of helpful tips for our stay with money exchange, places to see, taxis, restaurants and anything we could need. Breakfast was nice which was welcome as the food generally in Havana isn’t great. The rooms were cleaned every day and the air conditioning was sublime. WiFi was spotty but it seems to be a problem with the National provider not the Casa. Yamela (name sp.?) was a lovely and helpful host and I’d like to thank Carlos as well, he helped us out a lot and was so pleasant. Austin too. All of the staff are great and a credit to the Casa. The area is a little rough around the edges but the location itself is good, close to the Capitol, Gran Theater, Hotels, Revolution Museum (closed for renovations), Many squares, parks, and the ocean front. Thank you!

The staff and owners were very helpful and friendly. They were always available and happy to book any activities up and change money. The room was lovely with good air conditioning. The breakfast of eggs and toast/jam and good coffee was really nice. You could buy cold water or beer at anytime. The Hotel was in the centre of Old Haven so very easy to walk to places and to see the old town and have a drink or food.

Everything was amazing!we were 4 friends and took 2 rooms just a cross each other, The rooms are clean and well equipment! the staff was so nice and willing to help! Thank you to Carlos, Juan and everyone else! The breakfast was really good and tasty! The location is also amazing right in the heart of old Havana, there’s a roof on the top of the building, and for us it was really important! Overall I really recommend this hotel you will not regret going there!

Absolutely fabulous family run hotel. It's a nice central location making it easy to get to many of the sites and great restaurants in the neighbourhood. We had to leave a day early because we were there when the Covid19 crisis was just starting. They were very understanding and accommodating about our early departure. As well, my wife has a pineapple allergy and even though it was a different kitchen and serving staff every day, they clearly talk to each other as the prepared fruit plate for each breakfast after telling them the first morning didn't have pineapple. If we get back to Havana in the future, this will be our first choice for a place to stay!
