The hotel was overall mediocre. While I was checking in I asked the front desk if they could match their own price since the price of our room went down a bit online and was told they could not do that for me even know a room was available. They had no extra sheets or pillows for the pull out bed. Breakfast was good.

First a foremost there was trash in the shower upon checkin and the bathroom was clearly not cleaned, there is mildew and dirt in the shower and the tiles which is plainly disgusting. Secondly the ladies in the evening shift were plan rude and need way better customer service and hospitality skills. The bar was not open as it should be. The shampoo conditioner and soap were all empty there were dirty rags left in the shower. The checkin lady was clearly told we had our Service animal and she charged for a pet which again she was told three times service animal. Hippa rights were violated by the nest checkin lady with an attitude by stating and insulating the service animal was a support animal and had to be told again it was. A service animal not a support dog or pet. The money charged to the cats overdrafted my bank account and I am now being charged fees. The breakfast cereal was stale and the waffle mix was not replaced the bananas were green and uneatiable. The bed was so uncomfortable we left at 11pm 13 hrs before check out. There was no sheets pillows or blankets for the pull out couch and black stains on the mattress. There was one towel and a floor mat with dirt on it nonwas rags and one hand towel. No dish soap rag or sponge for washing dishes no dishwasher pods the fridge was dirty and the conscience store has very little to buy from. The advertisement stated a spa fitness center and outdoor pool none of which were on site and the indoor pool was dirty.

Great staff and property. Only small complaint was there were a few areas in our room that needed a better maintenance finishes. And basketball court hoop was broken. Overall though great place with incredible staff. Was even able to check in several hours early after a red eye flight into town. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was super friendly and helpful and when your staying with your family makes things super easy. Coming in with 2 kids 2 years and under it can be a little chaotic trying to balance things they made it super easy.

I really enjoy staying at Residence Inn properties when I travel. This is the first one I've stayed at where things were less than stellar.
Pros: Everything worked. Great appliances. The kitchen had all the stuff: plates, silverware, utensils. The HVAC system for this room was superb. It was over 90 degrees outside every day I stayed there and that thing kept it cold enough to hang meat in the room. All shower dispensers were fully filled. Toilet rolls were Angel Soft Commercial brand, a fine step up from the Scott sandpaper that is typically provided. This location has a bar in the lobby. Not all of them do. Bed was excellent.
Cons: The carpet in the room clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. I walk around barefoot in my room. The carpet made my feet dirty, creating a muddy river in the shower when I washed up at the end of the day. I had a late flight out and so really pushed my departure to within an hour of checkout time. Two hours before that, housekeeping was knocking on the door wanting to clean the room for the next arrival. I felt rushed. The maid (who was friendly enough) waited outside my door until I checked out. I was triple-charged for premium WiFi. I mentioned this at checkout, saying, "I'm not going to make a fuss over $15, but I see what you did there." Only proposed remedy from the front desk clerk was a blank stare.
This is the only Residence Inn property that I can say I'll not stay at again, and I've been to plenty.

Horrible check in process. Was told parking was free/included. She handed me a 25 dollar coupon that only lasts 24 hours. Room not like pictures. Staff unfriendly and rude. Room keys didn’t work

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel twice before this stay, and this visit was definitely the worst. Upon entering the room, the smell was incredibly unpleasant, like someone’s body odor or just an old, dirty house. None of the doors in the room fully closed, like the closets and bathroom. And of course, the one thing that ALWAYS fails every time we come here, the TV. At our last two visits, the TV remote buttons did not work consistently. You were pretty much stuck with whatever was on that the remote actually worked for. This time, it was the TV itself, which was not connected to the internet to allow for the Netflix and Youtube apps to be used. I called the front desk and the woman initially said she would be up to check, but then called back and said it was a hotel-wide internet outage. This was a complete lie and display of laziness because my personal computer was right in front of me connected to the hotel’s WiFi. After 2 days of being here the TV was never able to establish an internet connection, so I highly doubt the hotel was without internet for 2 days. Additionally, the toilet just kept running intermittently. Every 5 minutes or so, the toilet would just randomly run as if it was just flushed. I don’t know if this is necessary in a hotel, but I have never seen it happen before. The hotel may be aesthetically pleasing, but has not been worth $200+ per night. I will not be staying here again for the foreseeable future.
