Had an amazing stay, and the staff were very accommodating, friendly and professional. Check in/Out was a breeze, and the room was superb (modern amenities), clean, and everything worked.
The hotel is very close to Terminii train/metro station, and there are lots of restaurants around the area. Only a couple of negative points. 1, all doors in the hotel slam shut (auto closing). we were woken up many times by people going in/out of rooms, including cleaning staff servicing rooms. 2, no restarant info in the room or in the hotel. we would have liked to eat there, but lack of menus (all online & difficult to access, limited, and not sure if out of date) meant t was easier to go elsewhere. i would prefer a paper menu in the room. 3. the breakast was very expensive. appreciate its a continental buffet, but i dont eat a lot irst thing, so opted for cheaper options nearby. would be nce to have a light breakfast option.

This was not a 5 star hotel by any standards. Staff did not even offer to help with our luggage. Over priced and not worth the money. I do not recommend and will not stay here again. This was a 2 star hotel at best.

Had a three night stay for our initial beginning of vacation in Rome. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. The hotel staff were very attentive to guests needs and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable at all times. The breakfast an rooftop bar were excellent. Also, a short walk to Roma Termini which makes it exceptional for venturing around.

The hotel was well located, however, they didn't give me any of the benefits for being a VIP member that the reservation specified. So, I was really upset at first with the personnel because during my check-in they took 4 hours to give me my rooms, but overall the hotel it’s good.

The hotel is beautiful. They upgraded us to a family suite which was modern, spacious and super nice. All the luxury of a 5 star hotel. However, being literally across the street to Roma Termini, the area is kind of sketchy but super convenient so you pick your battles. We were there just overnight so it worked out wonderfully. Alice & Febronia were a pleasure to deal with. Both very personable & helpful.

If you booked a four star hotel, you would be happy with this one. However, it lacks finesse in a number of areas and quality in others. It’s not a luxury 5 star hotel.

The hotel is very American for being in Italy. Right next to the train station in Rome, which made it a good stay for our last leg of the trip--we could take the train to the airport the next morning while still being able to enjoy Rome for the evening. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was large but basic.

The location of this hotel is the only advantage of staying here. My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and I wished we would have stayed somewhere that lended itself to more of a luxury and hospitable environment for such occasions. Not only did we not receive our welcome amenities (free bottle of sparkling wine and 10 euro credit toward drinks), there was no acknowledgment of us celebrating this momentous occasion for us. Additionally, there is no pool or spa on premise, which was fine, but the dining options were limited, especially the in-room dining options where the only offered pasta, chicken and fruit after 11pm until 6am: not necessarily “middle of the night” dishes. Also, the mini bar was sparse with very limited options. We stayed in a junior suite and there was no bath tub, which was shocking considering it was advertised as a suite. The stand up shower was not large or roomy either as it was about the same size as the closet they offer, which is to say quite small for a suite. It reminded me of a traveling lodge shower or one you might find on a boat in size. Additionally, the view certainly lacked any appeal as there was construction in front of the hotel which also made it challenging for taxis to understand how to get to the hotel. This might be better suited for a business trip, and even then, the luxury element lacked in that department. I would not rate this 5 stars by any means and it certainly wasn’t worth nearly 600 euros a night.
