The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It was only 1 minute away from the Trevi fountain and close to public transportation.

Hotel is in the middle of everywhere and you don’t need any transportation if you’re okay with walking 30 minutes the most. It’s just near the Trevi Fountain so it has some noise on the street but the windows are well made to make the room quiet if you keep them closed. Macarena has given good advices where to eat like locals, special thanks to her. Long story short you can give it a try

The most charming boutique hotel in the center of Rome few steps from Fontana De Trevi. It is so clean. Housekeeping daily. Nesspreso Machires in each room. Central Air Conditioner . Rooms are spotless, all white beddings. AC worked great and quiet. Bathrooms have hair dryers. Shops, restaurants right downstairs. Spanish steps 5 min walk. Vatican, Colosseum, Roma terminale, Pantheon, Borghese are all short 10-20 min walks. Shopping steps away, We didn’t have to take taxi during our stay. Hotel arranged for us an airport pick up. The owner is very nice and helpful. We loved our stay and would stay there again if come back.

Excellent location for quick walks to Trevin Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Parthenon. Plenty of bus stops close by and some good dining options as well. Really enjoyed my stay would come back again. Staff was really friendly and accomadating. Be prepared for the tourist tax that is charged at check-in - not a hotel thing but rather a Rome thing. Overall 10/10 from me.

Amazing experience in a 5 century old building in the heart of everything in Rome! Would def recommend! Even got a chance to meet the owner who confirmed building history! Will be back!!!

This hotel was just like being at home. Everything was always so clean and comfortable. The staff were so kind and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was right near the Trevi Fountain and because the rooms were soundproofed, we heard none of the noise from outside. We loved our room so much and plan to come back to Rome again and will be sure to book this hotel.

Really liked this place but for a couple things. 1 - the bed is super firm. and 2 - it is SO NOISY. that's the price you pay for being so close to the Trevi fountain i guess but i'm a heavy sleeper and I even found it to be very loud. Lovely spot though otherwise and the convenience of being close to things is great.

Perfect location, right by the fountain but not noisy at night. The couple who own the hotel and their staff are wonderful. Super helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who was coming to Rome

It’s an old house that’s turned into a hotel about 10 years ago by the owners who live on the fourth floor. It’s a cozy and nice hotel. The rate is a bit high I feel, however the lady who dealt with us is very knowledgeable about the city and cooperative and friendly. I like the hotel for many reasons, quiet inside hustle bustle outside a lot of tourists that make holidays more enjoyable at the same time a bit congested too. I can recommend this place for sure. Now about the minor issues, the rooms are a bit small and bathroom is tight too. No refrigerator inside the room but they have kept a small common area with a mini refrigerator where we can keep water, drinks or cheese, small sandwiches etc. overall it’s a cozy environment.

As many other reviewrs have indicated, the property is centrally located within very,close or reasonably close proximity to many major sites. This ammenity is tough to beat. Rated 3 stars because it is NOISY, as in very noisy. As we were leaving, while in the hallway, we had the misfurtune of meeting one of the owners. An older woman with white hair, she never intruduced herself, simply said shw was the owner and asked for keys. Her only interest was obtainig the keys from us. She wasn't rude per say, but she was NOT courteous as the rest of the staff was. Due to the lack of sound proofing, ownership lack of social graces, we would never return.
