What a beautiful place filled with childhood memories! Our dining experiences were excellent with incredible views! So much to do for the parents and the kids - even at this time of year between Summer and Winter seasons.

We were informed that we would not need to make a reservation at the slope side restaurant soon after checking in. Then when we went to eat well before closing, we were turned away. We were told they were no longer seating. And how we were informed, the hostess could not have been more rude while telling us.
But hey, we were able to go to the bar and grab bar food for dinner. And yet again, more rudeness by our waitress. Very disappointed with the entire experience during our stay. We couldn’t even get a towel without getting attitude from staff when we were at the pool. Instead of wanting a normal sized towel instead of a very small towel, the staff member thought we must have been too much of a bother while we asked for a towel. We think he was doing school work. Sorry to inconvenience the staff member.

The workers were really nice. And they were very helpful when we drove into the wrong area for check-in because of google maps. However, the place is very outdated and old. The rooms smelled moldy and old but the sheets were clean. The room was a good size but the bathroom was oldy and rusty around the edges. It was no way any of the workers were at fault. Just whoever the owners are, they really need to update it and bring it out of the late 60s. Overall, I had an okay stay but I wouldnt stay here again.

A great end of summer getaway. My grandson loved everything offered on the day pass. Enjoyed the outdoor pool and bar.

Great stay. Lots of respect activities. Friendly staff. Variety and quality of dining options was lacking considering price of resort.

The rooms were older but clean. The bathrooms need redone but clean. Plenty of towels.

Very spacious rooms with great views of the slopes.

Old feel, broken toilet. Overpriced amenities and breakfast. Rooms stink . Will never stay there again .

Great experience overall. Gorgeous, retreat-like setting. Tons of activities to do with varied energy requirements. A variety of eating establishments.
One complaint: lack of communication as to when activities and various restaurants were open. We had to keep asking employees and they weren’t always sure. (We visited during the week); but some signage would have been great.
We ate at Helen’s, did the scenic ski lift you, kayaked, hiked, played the life-size connect four and other yard games, played mini golf, bowled, swam and used the hot tubs. Fabulous time!

Went for rib fest 2024 and had a great time!

The property is in decline, repairs are needed both in rooms and throughout the property. Boards need repaired on the decks, handrails loose.. I booked a slope view with baloney and I had to move twice because they put me in rooms that were not what I booked. The final room was ground level with a patio... Drainage issues in the bath tub, cracks in the tile. Also, had to call twice for towels for the second day. no service even after the first call. The second call they just dropped by and tossed on the end of the bed. Slopeside food was good, but service was slow. The front desk said the Foggy Goggle was open or the rib and wing festival 2024 for supper.. we sit for 20 min waiting on service and I got up and asked the same seven springs employee if they had waitresses.. he said I think the kitchen is closes due to the wing and rib festival... he didn't know for sure but he thinks!... I won't go back during any of their special events. Although the High on The Hog was good food the second day!
Bought all day passes for the family, and there was a limit on what you could do. OVER BOOKED and you were lucking to get 1 game of bowling in - had to be put on a list and come back when they text you. Again, the bowling lanes malfunctioned again as they did last year. Got to finish the game this year. Last year was fun, but less people there. This year has me questioning if I'll go back. I've been there 5 times for personal trips and a few for business.

A lot to do on the resort!

Resort was nice, but very poorly laid out. It was not easy to find locations in the resort. Instead of all the "amenities", I would have liked decent in room coffee and better places to dine.

Attended a conference. Food was not outstanding but not bad, since it was offseason there were not many other options except banquet food . I did have an issue with finding the different rooms and wish it was better indicated. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Staff was very friendly and interacted with us. I took my son and grandson. They bought all day activity passes which are worth every penny. They went down the Alpine slide multiple times. Went bowling, played video games in the arcade and went up top to Lake Tahoe section and did paddle boat and kayaking. Our room was clean. We had breakfast at the Slopeside both mornings and the food was good. I do wish more of the restaurants had been open but we were there on Monday and Tuesday.

We’ve been coming to seven springs for more than 30 years!! While it’s not the resort of yesteryears, it is clean, comfortable and relaxing!!!

The hotel itself is great and has maintained a constant standard over the years. The restaurants, shops and pool staff need an overhaul. The food is lacking, bland, and overpriced for such poor . Staff members in these areas could not be bothered to answer questions or hide their distain for having to wait on someone. Seven springs has always been a place we visit yearly, but after last year and now this year yielding such poor amenities and staff, I will seek out other possibilities.

Bathroom was unusually dirty with caulking turning partially black. The drain in the tub was mostly clogged so you stand in stagnant water and the tub floor is grossly discolored. The toiletry bottles were old pumps that didn’t work. The beds were comfortable and the staff was pleasant.

Love how everything is in the main lodge hotel resort, you don’t need to drive anywhere.

We had a good stay here. The property is super convenient for skiing and has lots of options for food and entertainment. The property is a little maze like and hard to navigate, plus the rooms are a little dated. Staff was nice but loading and unloading are overly complicated - they should figure this out. Fun place, we would come back.

Such a fun resort with so much to do even if the snow isn’t the best. Wished we had more so we could give but we had plenty of things to keep us busy. The lodge has so many options for whatever you’re feeling like having. Loved being able to walk out to ski or enjoy the outside atmosphere. We loved the pet friendly wing with our new puppy. It was great to have a back door to let puppers out for potty without trekking through the whole hotel. Also the pillows are super comfy!!

Nice place! Close to ski lifts. Bottom floor smelled like weed and smoke all the time which wasn't so nice but would definitely stay again.
