Great staff and nice place… really loud construction every morning with no warning at all. Small rooms

The Marlton is our absolute favorite hotel in NYC! our little hidden gem in greenwich village is now oh so very popular for it’s cozy, romantic bar. seems to be very popular for work meetings as well. it’s just the best!

Great location, beautiful neighborhood, friendly staff, felt like an old European hotel, cozy lounge with a fireplace

Small but wonderful hotel. Amazing lobby with a lot of New York character, comfort and coziness. Rooms were typically New York City small - a little on the tight side but not unexpected for middle of one of the most interesting parts of the city.

Absolutely loved it, felt like I was in a gorgeous room in Paris. The only negative is I wish they offered room service. Besides that very happy and would stay again!

The rooms are tiny but have loads of character and are welll-appointed. There’s super noisy construction outside so may not be the best of you plan to work from your room but the staff were amazing (especially Gia) and the hotel was thoughtfully appointed and well-located. I would stay here again.

Everyone I interacted with was amazing, and especially Samantha at the front desk! She was so helpful and sweet, and was able to help me with my issue. Wonderful stay, and my partner and I are looking forward to now having this as our "go-to" place to stay, now that we've moved out of the city!

Lovely staff, great vibe. They are not kidding about the rooms being tiny- almost too small for 2 people. And probably more expensive than it should be for that size.

Nice, comfortable hotel in a good location. Very small rooms for the price paid. I wound stay here again off season, but better options available when prices are high

Before you book your stay here, make sure you check and see what size your room is. I expect a hotel room I stay in to at least fit me. The space was tiny, wish some taken up by a portable AC unit that was in there. The bathroom door did not fully open because it would hit the bed and so I had to walk sideways into there anytime I wanted to take a shower, brush my teeth, etc. The staff were lovely the the place was very old-fashioned and not what I expect from a hotel stay in NYC.

Really great historic hotel.

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night no contact from staff just other guests yelling false alarm. No apologies, explanation or concessions for the scare and inconvenience. Also phone in room was not working so I could not contact staff.

Terrible concierge service for what is supposed to be a 4.5 star hotel. Does not look or feel like a 4.5 star hotel.

I've stayed at the Marlton Hotel before, on recommendation of a friend. I find it charming, adorable and perfectly suited for a stay in NYC. The rooms are TINY but I prefer a tiny room that is well thought out, with nice amenities than a large room with no character. One of the best things about the Marlton is the common areas, the living room, the adorable bar and the gorgeous dining area. Perfect for business meetings/breakfast with old friends, etc. Love it.

We stayed here for drop off weekend for our daughter at The New school. What a wonderful stay! Charming lounge and rooms, wonderful staff, simple/easy breakfast, close to the school, good restaurants, and anything else you could want. Highly recommend and would stay here again in the future.

While the rooms are a bit small, they are elegantly furnished and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The restaurant and public areas are great.

I was in New York for a two day business meeting nearby. The Marlton Hotel in Greenwich Village was a quaint departure from the ordinary. This hotel is a step back in time - small but clean rooms, old style fixtures and appeal, highly accommodating, friendly staff.
