The Pinch is absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect - close to the shops and great restaurants, yet on a very quiet street. The staff were lovely and attentive. The lobby is beautiful, and the room certainly did not disappoint. It was helpful to have a kitchenette with plenty of counter space. The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and just really nice. The decor was simply stunning. It was also handy to have a washer and dryer. The little chocolate on arrival was a pleasant surprise, and the pastries at breakfast were delicious. I could not recommend The Pinch highly enough if you are in Charleston! Also, why we did not dine at the restaurant, it did look fantastic.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. You can definitely tell that a lot of thought was put into the design of the hotel. Fantastic location, can get a bit loud in the morning as it is on king st, but worth it :)

First time staying at The Pinch and I was blown away! We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite and couldn’t have been more impressed. Every room/bathroom was spacious and luxuriously appointed. Beyond comfortable. About a 5-15 minute walk to all the sights you’d wanna see!

This property is absolutely lovely! The rooms felt completely curated from the amenities to the decor. A relaxing stay with a darling sitting area outside and so convenient to everywhere you’d want to go downtown! We’ll be back for sure!!

We were facing the street (George St) where we heard traffic, people exiting the bar downstairs, street workers starting repairs very early (7am) which was not satisfactory. The hotel staff made up for these nuisance. Always helpful and responsive to our requests.

Staff were incredibly friendly upon entering the lobby and offered a welcome cocktail or mocktail, which was delightful. The room itself was beautiful and clean with plenty of amenities. I have never stayed at a hotel like this. Overall the property was wonderful and I cannot wait to come back

Perfect hotel for a 3 day Charleston visit. Service was attentive yet not in your face. Rooms very well appointed with Aesop bathroom products. Complimentary morning coffee and quiche/muffin assortment. Highly recommend.

This is a great hotel. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was the nicest suite we’d ever been in. The room was huge and very well appointed. Whenever we are back in Charleston, this is where we are staying. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

The hotel was stunning, particularly the outdoor lounge area with a fireplace and all of the lanterns! Rooms were also gorgeous, very clean, and quite large. The staff was very friendly and responded to anything we needed quickly. 10/10 would recommend!
