This was an emergency stay because of my mom being in the hospital.. I chose this location because it was near the hospital & had great reviews - The lock on the door was loose, so it didnt feel secure at all. The walls are paper thin, I could clearly hear the conversation of the room next to me, there was stomping noise from above me... the music in the parking lot outside my window was so loud - the windows were vibrating (I was on the 1st floor) - But the final straw for me was the bedding... there was a fitted sheet, a flat sheet & a "top sheet" - thats it. There was a throw blanket in the closet area for the pull out sofa, still not a substantial blanket. The only reason I was there, was for sleep & a shower... about 15 minutes in, I realized that was not happening. I asked to cancel my reservation & was told the manager would have to do it. The next morning, I stopped by the hotel before going to the hospital & was told "it would be reviewed" - I got a phone call telling me that I would not receive ANY of my money back, although I was only there a few minutes.. and as for the bedding - the worker "checked it" and "it was made correctly.. so, if you're ok with bare minimum - this may be the place for you... but I slept wonderful and felt secure at the Holiday Inn next door.

Overall, it was a good experience. Overnight staff was very alert and friendly. Only complaint is, shower was slippery. As if the chemicals usedbto clean shower were not all the way washed off.

This property is clean, well maintained basic but much nicer than other similarly priced properties. I was surprised there was a kitchenette but absolutely no pots, dishes, or utensils. Over all, a great value.

Very clean and friendly staff. Only issue is for the kitchenettes they do not have any eating utensils. Good things is there's a Dollar General walking distance from the hotel

Nice place but don't stay near the elevator.on 3. A drunk sat there for an hour or so at 2am. The door kept opening and closing and walking me up. The front desk said it was someone living at the hotel 😳. Otherwise a good stay

Is rated "9.0 Wonderful" in the app, but 6.0 would be more accurate. Entire parking lot was full when I arrived, with loiterers cruising and smoking (lot reeked of marijuana); one rolled down his window and babbled something unintelligible to me as I went to check in. No spots available was very inconvenient for both me and the guests that arrived behind me. Building was heavily secured, with bulletproof glass, clearly to discourage loiterers; two attempted to enter the property behind me, and were prevented entry by the desk clerk. Property itself was clean and modern, with an appealing layout and decor, but lacking amenities; no breakfast, chintzy linens and bath towels, and mediocre mattress quality. AC unit was quiet at least, and the big refrigerator is a plus. They get a "B" for effort, but they need to do something about the noisy exterior and loitering, especially on weekends.

Basically it was just a room to sleep in. There was no amenities at all, not even a cup of coffee on the premises. The staff was fine, and the room very clean. The room had absolutely nothing but the beds and a couple towels.

Great place for one night stay. They were doing some type of construction so part of the hotel was off limits but the room was really nice. My only complaint- the towels were really small but they did the job.

Usually they serve breakfast bags but this time there was no breakfast and the only ice machine they have was broken. Talked to the staff about the breakfast and she said that they stopped giving out the bags due to the items that was being served was close to being expired so they just don't give it out anymore. Says the owner my start serving coffee but don't know when that will be.

We enjoyed our stay. I know this sounds crazy but the tap water is amazing. The tap water is unusually soft which makes showering awesome since it doesn't leave soap scum. Plus the staff were super friendly.
