Crappy

I booked online. When I arrived it was a big ordeal. Ended up getting charged for two rooms! A complete mess. They wouldn’t refund my money. Great location. But will never be back. Horrible and very rude staff and no understanding of how the system works.

Everything. From beginning to end. Was just glad to lay my head down after a long day and night.

Good location

There were rude staff who pushed past my family to get on the elevator and blocked us from getting on. Also the elevators were not working correctly. Only one seemed to be working and it was slow and unreliable. The pillows were not comfortable at all.

nice but missed the quiet

I love the location of the hotel, but the bathroom didn't have a soap dish in shower , I chose this hotel & location for the peace and quiet nut it was kinda noisy.

The stay was lovely, we enjoyed every bit of it

The hotel was great ? The rooms were nice. I loved the balcony ! A great view outside it was really cool

It was perfect for us ! We plan on staying again !

The facility was fantastic

Not enough staff. Restaurant and bar were not open in the evening. Means they aren't willing to pay for good help.

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Love that it has history. Amazing layout and beautiful staircase.

There was a bug on one of the beds . The cleaning needs help because overall it was not very good. The furniture needs to be updated because most of it is peeling. The elevators are kind of scary and the halls smell like weed.

This is a nice hotel in a quiet area. It's close to tons of food spots.

I reserved this reservation on Booking.com. It was easy to reserve. I asked for an early check in and was granted it. The hotel staff was friendly and check in was nice and brief.

The shower curtain smelled like mildew(urine). I sprayed it with cleaning supplies.

this is my go to hotel when I need a getaway. it’s very nice especially since being remodeled

peaceful and quiet. very clean rooms and comfortable beds

Very pleasant and affordable stay in a very elegant place.

Everything was wonderful and comfortable!

I was charged and extra $200 and had to call back to get it returned. So far I have received $100 but I'll wait and see what Monday brings

the property is tucked away but very convenient to the soccer complex. there are ramps and/or steps throughout

we arrived around 2:45, check-in at 3 but our room wasn’t ready until 3:27

It’s was ok.

I did like that there was a complimentary breakfast each morning. The room was very well kept and clean. The staff was very nice as well.

I didn’t like the fact that I was placed in a room with a patched up hole in the wall a little bigger than the size of a football. I also requested a room with a balcony with i for got but it was overlooking dirt. The hotel didn’t appear to be very busy,so I was a bit confused as to why I was placed in the room I was.
