Looks new. Gym is awesome! Weight rack, yoga ball, kettle bell etc. Very clean. Paper thin walls could hear someone snoring. breakfast was great. close parking.

This is a new hotel, approx 1 year old so it's in great condition!! Our room and bathroom were big, the beds were comfy and the area is very quiet. We always request a room on the top floor so no issues with noise above. This hotel is ultra modern, almost sterile in decorating, but that's just an opinion and wouldn't keep me from recommending you stay here. The breakfast was wonderful, although the toaster needs to be set darker or replaced completely!! You should not have to send your bread through the machine 4 times and still not have it browned!! ... which myself and another guest did. Other than that, the staff were amazing!! We'd recommend this hotel to you.

I asked specifically ahead in accomodations about needing a room with less noise as my daughter and I are recovering from an accident she had brain surgery Im in remission for cancer use a walker etc & rest is very important. Also needing room away from pets/ allergies the response before the stay was it's peak season that was my red flag since I couldn't get out of my reservation we went. We were in 402 we listened to some sort of pump kicking in & out day & night neighbors who were loud on wall of our heads during day & night. I told the male staff member and nothing was done. I stated again at check out to home (with another lady staff present) I was told by the male because it's an "Expedia 3rd party booking" nothing can be done. So it apparently it matters if you book from a 3rd party, you are not welcome to get issues addressed if they arise. The breakfast the 1st morning kept running out of food so had to find staff to ask if more was coming, again same man told me well if there is more they will bring it out if not not. Finally a lady came out with a handful of hard boiled eggs that were quickly taken. Thankfully there was the pancake machine that of course everyone had to keep waiting for. Just a suggestion if this is normal for breakfast maybe invest in another pancake machine. Also I had 3 holds for my incidental fee $30 for 2 nights on my credit card at 1 point, this did not seem correct to what I was told. This should at least be working itself out hopefully

Very clean hotel. I liked how quick the check in process was. I was able to get my hotel room prior to 3:00, with no issue. The rooms were very nice, beds comfortable. Nice size TV, with ability to sign into your own Netflix which was a plus. The bathroom was very nice as well, good smelling soap in modern dispensers. Lots of places to plug in electronics which was awesome, especially when traveling with kids. The room has a nice wall control for your air and it works well. They had a nice water station on the first floor that had a place to refill a water bottle or cups provided and ice. This came in handy! They do have have snacks available for purchase, little on the pricey side so if you can bring your own, or go to the Kwik trip right around the corner. They do have fridges in the room. This is a very good location for food, lots very close by! They do charge a $10 fee for incidentals at check in, which if find very reasonable. The pool is small and inside, which is think is the only downside of this hotel. If you are looking for comfort and cleanliness this is your place!! . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room and bathroom were very small rooms were dirty, especially the floors . Marks on the walls. There was a baseball team at the hotel on our floor and the floor above. We could hear them running at all hours of the night. We did not know that pets were permitted and we heard dogs barking throughout the night so we did not get any sleep. Pillows and mattress were not comfortable and low-grade. We went for breakfast at 8:30 AM and found there was no breakfast left. The baseball team had cleared it out and hadbeen occupying the entire lobby. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10 AM. The elevator doors and windows had hand marks all over them. Garbages were overflowing. We will not be returning .

Overall it was a good experience. Price was right for less than 150 a night… breakfast included. It needs an outside pool and sauna. It needs to clean rooms daily… not just upon customer’s request.

The staff member that was on at night (Ola) was amazing. Very hard worker & super sweet. She took the time to talk with us and it was very enjoyable. Definitely an asset to this hotel.

I was hesitant to booked this hotel at first after reading the google reviews and given that it’s a 2 star hotel so I don’t have high hopes. But then I read the reviews on Expedia and it seems to be decent. The customer review says it all. Newly built property, clean, can bring your pets in if you have pets, decent room size, parking is easy, 24/7 snack bar, free basic breakfast, coffee, tea and hot cocoa drinks, gym and a laundry room, good wifi connection. They have a nice lobby on 1st flr if you have to catchup with some work it’s a nice area to do it. You’ll definitely get your money’s worth. My only complain is that you can hear the people on the top floor like some heavy feet walking, table and chairs being move it only happened though for like a couple minutes and it started to quiet down. The staffs seems nice. The hotel is surrounded by other hotels too and is nearby to other attractions around the area.
