We are happy to answer questions during your stay - reach out any time. We do, however, ask that you read the manual first. Most things should be covered in there. Our team are always close-by so we can always attend if there are any issues.

Bus routes such as the 823 and 864 offer regular services connecting Crafers to neighboring suburbs and key locations within the Adelaide Hills.

For those looking to travel into Adelaide city, the South Eastern Freeway provides a direct route, with a travel time of approximately 20 minutes by car. Additionally, the Adelaide Metro train service offers an efficient and comfortable way to reach the city from nearby Belair Railway Station, just a short drive from Crafers.

For travellers preferring alternative transportation options, ride-share services like Uber and taxis are readily available in the area, offering flexibility and convenience for getting around locally and beyond.
House Rules:
We hope you have a wonderful stay in our beloved Crafers home. While you are staying in our home, we have a few rules we require all residents to abide by, thank you for respecting our wishes.

General House Rules:
1. STRICTLY NO PARTIES. No loud music/noises after 11pm, as we have neighbours with children and elderly residents, and we don’t want them to be disturbed.

2. Our house gives you access to Netflix, Stan, Prime Video, YouTube etc. We prefer guests to login to their own accounts but ours is available if needed. If using ours please do not purchase any movies, TV shows or music on the Smart TV, (unless discussed with the owners) you will be billed accordingly if any music, movies or TV shows are purchased during the period of your stay.

3. The upstairs bedroom wardrobes will remain locked for the duration of your stay. So please don’t try and access these wardrobes.

4. Please leave the house tidy and put everything back in the right spots, as our cleaners will need to access the spaces to give it a proper clean.

5. Please DO NOT strip the beds. Our cleaners will do this and it enables them to account for everything. We find when guests strip beds often pillow cases or other items go missing.

6. Please turn all lights off when you leave the house on your departure date.

7. Keys are to be returned to the lock box when you leave - code is 1313. If keys are locked inside there may be a locksmith charge if a locksmith is required to enter the property.

8. Garage remote is to be put on the velcro by the garage door when you leave. If garage remote is lost or broken an additional fee will be charged to cover replacement.

9. There is firewood available during the winter. Please be careful when collecting the wood from the designated areas and only select wood from the top of the pile. The wood is carefully stacked and taking wood from under the top may cause the piles to fall.

10. If you break anything please notify our team immediately so we can have it fixed or replaced.

11. We have enough crockery etc for 12 people as 12 is our maximum number of guests. If you require more for any reason please notify us so we can leave extra for you.

12. Please DO NOT park your cars across the neighbour's driveway. Their driveway runs up the side of our property and they will need street access at all times. Please ONLY PARK to the left (when facing the garage) of the wine barrels and allow plenty of room for the neighbours to access their property.

13. Please ensure you turn off the back courtyard lights at night. There is a flood light that shines directly into our neighbour's bedroom at night if it is not turned off.

14. Please ensure ALL of your group (ie. anyone staying at the property under your booking) are aware of our house rules.

Animals & Damages:
15. We have the space and amenities for dogs, but we don’t accept cats. (Disclaimer: if your dog/s is not house trained please keep them outside, any items that are broken or damaged by your pet during your stay will be taken out of your security deposit to pay for said damages/any extra cleaning services).

Security Deposit Damages:
16. If anything is broken or not working upon your arrival, please take a photo and send it to the owners as proof so you are not liable. If there happens to be any big items broken or damaged during your stay you will not be refunded your security deposit. This includes damages made by your pet if you choose to bring them. (If it is something small like a glass or plate etc. only what is required to pay for said broken item will be taken out of your security deposit, you will get the rest back).
