Spire View Apartment occupies the mezzanine level floor of this Victorian mansion yet is only a few steps from the pavement.
Enter the property and be impressed by the living/dining room which is flooded by natural light from the large bay window, which affords views across the church spire and memorial garden, the dining table is perfectly placed to make the most of the view. A Lazyboy sofa and super comfy rocking chair sits close to the Smart TV. A well-equipped kitchen sits close by.
