We stayed at this property for a girls weekend so we could climb the Manitou incline. This property is so close to the incline entrance. It is perfect! We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely historic home. Spacious and clean. I loved seeing my family love it as much as myself. My granddaughters’ reaction to how amazing the house was made my heart smile. The home has an excellent location, across the street from a babbling creek. We would enjoy our mornings on the front porch.

Great stay in a great location. Lovely, comfortable property for a few days. Couldn't sleep with the windows open, however, as traffic and talkative foot traffic starts at 5am. Being right on the main drag and so close to the incline trail / cog train has pros and cons! Would definitely stay again, however, if visiting again.

The house is beautiful and well equipped. It was very comfortable. Also, within walking distance of the cog railway, which is a must if you visit Manitou Springs!

We stayed in this house for a girls trip birthday weekend. The location was really great and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. They were extra accommodating to allow us to check in a bit early! The cleanliness of the house was just ok. There was dust and cobwebs in places. Overall, we had a great stay.

The property is spacious and historic with great details. My family and I loved sitting out on the porch in the morning and evening watching the hikers go to and from the incline. Would definitely stay again!

No better Manitou location exists for access to the Incline, Cog Railway, and numerous hiking trails. Also, an easy walk to downtown shops/eateries. Nicely maintained property with easy check-in/checkout and ample parking.

we had a girls weekend to visit Manitou Springs and this house was so perfect! it is an old historical house that is nicely decorated and furnished and very clean. it has tons of space for hanging out both inside and outside on multiple patio spaces and decks. the kitchen has everything you need. there is a shuttle stop just a little up the road so you can easily get downtown and not deal with driving and parking. it is steps away from the Incline so you can walk there and not worry about parking there either. there was only 4 of us so there was more than enough sleeping space. i think it can accommodate up to 7-8 people if you are couples or don't mind sharing a king bed, and still be very comfortable. Manitou has plenty of fun activities all nearby but we also enjoyed just hanging out at the house. we would go back in a heartbeat and have already recommended it to other friends.

What a wonderful place, full of charm and history. We were in proximity to a wide range of great activities to enjoy while also being located in a quiet area to rest and relax.

This property was exactly as listed, but even more stunning in person. Everyone in the family was overjoyed with getting to have there own space, yet be able to get together for family game night. The walk to downtown Manitou Springs was just less than a mile. mostly sidewalk and then a marked dedicated lane for walkers. We felt safe walking at night as well. The property owner responds typically within minutes and never more than 30 minutes with a response to any question we had. It was nice to be able to walk to town each morning for coffee and sometimes split up for supper knowing that everyone could easily walk home. I highly recommend this property.
