You'll have your toes in the sand in 5 mins or less! Toast your evenings at sunset on the beach. Home is located on the north end of Longboat Key, just minutes from Coquina Public Beach on Anna Maria Island, Shore restaurant, Mar Vista, and many other favorites local spots! Screened in Lanai or open air third floor balcony! Help yourself to fresh mango when in season from our very own mango tree! (Beware of Mango Dermatitis from mango sap if you have an allergy.)
Family Friendly private home.
Rental dates flexible. Please inquire!
Fishing and sail boats on property are not available to renters. Inquire if you need canal access.
***Owner reserves right to access boat/lift with prior notice to renters. We will contact you before we access our dock***
*Longboat Key has a strict 30 rental policy. However we have some flexibility if you are booking within 60 days. Also willing to offer discounts for consecutive month rentals. Please inquire.
